Begin to find comfort in whatever position feels good to you.

Make a shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being.

So allowing yourself to come into your internal landscape for the short amount of time to nurture self.

Take an inhale through the nose,

Holding at the top of the breath,

And exhale a big sigh out of the mouth.

Do this a few times with your own breath flow.

Visualize the breath creating space and openness throughout the body.

Each breath a new beginning.

We'll begin by setting an intention.

Setting an intention is powerful and directs our actions,

Like the destination we enter into our GPS when we want to go somewhere.

Repeat this intention silently or out loud.

Today I intend to live in the present tense and savor every moment.

Really let the intention sink in,

Breathing it in.

Affirmations support our intention and infuse our day with a surge of energy.

Repeat these affirmations silently or out loud.

Really feel the energy behind the words,

Igniting all the senses.

The feeling is where the power lies,

So feel big.

I will fuel my body with nutritious foods.

I will move in whatever way I can that feels good to me.

I will take little breath breaks throughout my day when I need them.

I will release any thoughts that no longer serve me.

Now take a moment to visualize what your highest self looks like as you go about your day.

Really tune on in using all of your senses.

How do you feel in your body and mind?

What is the quality of energy you bring to your interactions and experiences?

How does your highest self respond to situations,

Good or bad?

Now bring your attention to your heart center,

Deep into your heart center,

And think of someone or something you are grateful for in this moment.

Now take a moment of gratitude for your breath and the gift of today.

You've got this.

When you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes and welcome yourself back.

Welcome to this new day.
