Find a comfortable position that feels good to you.
And begin calling your attention inward,
As if to feel yourself from the inside.
And begin settling with yourself just as you are,
Surrendering to what is.
And from this space,
Begin to make a commitment that you will take the best care of yourself,
Like nobody else can,
For this short practice.
All you need is your presence and your breath.
Take a deep breath in and fill yourself up,
Hold at the top,
And exhale,
Release.
Do this a few times with your own breath flow.
Let the inhale move through you,
Creating space and openness.
And each exhale,
A release of everything that no longer serves you.
And begin to let the breath flow into your own natural rhythm.
We'll begin with a few affirmations to create clarity and focus for the day.
Don't worry about repeating everything word for word or getting it right.
Trust yourself and follow what works best.
What will stick will stick.
It's all good.
There is a loving energy within me and around me.
It supports me every step of the way.
With confidence and courage,
I take action today for my ideal life.
I am surrounded by fields of strength that I cannot see,
But I know are always there.
I am able to feel fear and move forward at the same time.
I release my grip and trust the process.
Now take a moment to see your day play out before you.
Allow yourself to see what you want to bring into your day,
As if you were watching it in real time.
What does it feel like,
Smell like,
Sound like?
Use all your senses.
The feeling is where the power is,
So don't hold back.
Know that what you are seeking is seeking you.
And now we'll take a moment of gratitude,
Gratitude for the people that come together to share in the power of stillness.
Gratitude for the air in our lungs and this very day that we breathe it.
Know that you are strong and in this moment you are well.
As we bring this practice to a close,
I'd like you to know how brave you are for slowing down to take time to nurture self.
How brave you are for being here now,
Exactly where you are in this moment,
Without the push or pull of needing things to be different.
How brave you are.
And when you are ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and welcome yourself back.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today.
I'm wishing you a wonderful and beautiful day.
Namaste.
