Find a comfortable position that feels good in your body.
Eyes can be closed or with a soft gaze.
Whatever feels good to you.
Welcome ourselves to our practice with a breath.
Take a deep inhale gently and slowly through the nose,
Holding at the top of the breath,
And sigh it out with an open mouth exhale.
Do this a few times with your own breath flow.
Visualizing the inhale opening and creating space and the exhale releasing everything that no longer serves you.
So clearing out the old to make space for the new.
Settle into the natural rhythm of your breath.
Let each breath connect you to a feeling of ease in your body.
Begin by setting an intention.
Setting an intention is a feeling,
A vibe,
A commitment to yourself to connect with the energy you want to bring to your day.
Think of what your soul needs in this moment and from the space begin to set an intention.
It could be as simple as I intend to see the beauty around me today or I intend to speak kindly to myself.
Take a moment to choose something that has meaning for you.
Silently repeating your intention a few times.
Bring even more energy to this intention with one of your senses.
It could be a taste,
A smell,
A feeling,
Whatever calls to you in this moment.
Affirmation support our intention and belief in our own abilities.
Firing up our neural pathways,
Making changes to those areas of the brain.
Repeat these affirmations after me silently or out loud.
Allow yourself to really feel the feeling behind them with no limitations.
So think big.
I approach my day as a mindful observer with ease and grace.
I focus on my highest good and everything I do.
I am open and receptive to all healing energies in the universe.
I finish what matters and let go of what does not.
Gratitude allows us to reflect on the things we are thankful for,
Creating ripple effects of appreciation,
A foundation from which all our blessings flow.
Repeat after me silently or out loud.
I am grateful for the sunshine and nature.
I am grateful for my breath and the clean air I breathe.
I am grateful for my teachers and all the lessons they provide.
I am grateful for carving out this time to nurture mind,
Body,
And soul.
Now take a moment to think of something you are grateful for in this moment.
Silently saying it to yourself.
Connect with this feeling,
Allowing it to fill you up.
Now I would like you to visualize how you would like your day to go or how you would like the reset of your day to go.
Imagine what lies ahead for you in vibrant detail.
Your health,
Relationships,
Career,
And adventure.
Let your imagination open you up using all of your senses.
Bring as much play and curiosity as you can and then multiply that times a hundred.
You are now set to face the day head-on.
Whether it's the start of your morning or restart to your day,
You've got this.
Remember your intention that you set for your practice.
Take that with you throughout your day and week,
Tapping into that peace and clarity that you created for yourself at any time.
It's always within.
Thank you so much for joining me in this practice.
Namaste
