Welcome to the present moment.

The past is already done.

We've been there before and no longer have it.

What we do have is right here before us.

We are living in a constant succession of present moments,

A multitude of nows.

The future is still in wait ahead of us.

Let it be as it will all unfold in time.

And when it does,

It will meet us right here.

There's nothing to rush ahead to.

There's nothing to go back to.

There's only now.

So let's take a breath for one mindful moment before we carry on into the next.
