Hello friends and welcome.
My name is Jen and I'm so grateful to embark on this journey of
Self-discovery and renewal together.
The intention of this meditation is to cultivate the practice
Of conscious breathing.
Conscious breathing is more than just a physical act.
It's a gateway
To mindfulness and self-awareness.
By bringing our attention to the rhythm of the breath,
We anchor ourselves in the present moment,
Quieting distractions of the outside world and inviting you to a sense of inner peace.
So with that being said,
Let's get started.
Please find a comfortable seat.
Root into your sit bones.
Ensure the spine is straight,
Shoulders are relaxed,
And the crown of the head is extending upwards.
Once you're settled,
Gently allow the eyes to soften and close.
Take a deep breath in and let the power of your breath begin to guide you
To a place of profound serenity and renewal.
Through this practice of breathing consciously and activating the breath with positively charged
Intentions,
You'll learn to harness the power of your breath as a tool for transformation.
With each mindful inhale and exhale,
You'll cultivate a deep sense of presence and mindfulness,
Allowing you to let go of stress and anxiety and embrace a state of inner calmness and clarity.
Just feel into your internal rhythm here.
Feel the belly rising and falling,
Receiving the breath.
Allow it to softly float in.
Surrender to your breathing.
Notice the mind calming,
The body relaxing.
The external world dissolves from the mind,
And the inner self begins to illuminate.
There's nowhere else to be other than to be right here,
Right now,
With your breath.
Now let's take a deep breath in and let the breath flow out.
Now let's begin our conscious breathing.
So exhale all the breath out.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let it go.
And let it go.
Another one just like that.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Feeling the belly rise,
Expanding into the chest.
And as you exhale,
The chest falls and the belly falls.
This breath is as slow as the moment you arise from a deep slumber.
Begin to charge and activate your breath with intention,
Directing the mind to become
Consciously aware of the life force that's flowing in and out of the body through the breath.
With each breath in,
We will activate the breath with a positive charge.
And on the exhale,
We will release what does not belong.
So let's exhale all the breath out.
Feel yourself empty.
And begin to inhale pure life force energy.
Exhale stagnation.
Inhale joy.
Exhale anger.
Inhale tranquility.
Exhale peace.
Inhale tranquility.
Exhale chaos.
Inhale freedom.
Exhale the chains that hold you back.
Inhale peace and clarity.
Exhale tension and fogginess.
Inhale clear,
Vitalizing light.
Imagine it filling your body from the inside.
Now I invite you to continue to fuse the inhales
With positively charged intentions.
With positively charged intentions of what you'd like to call into your life.
Exhaling anything that holds you back.
Anything that limits you.
Any negativity that does not serve any longer.
Do what comes to the mind first,
Without judgment.
Learn to listen and follow the heart here.
If nothing particular comes,
Just keep breathing in love.
Exhaling love.
Allow you to breathe for a few rounds here on your own.
Giving you some space.
Softly inhale.
And exhale.
Stay in the silence.
Recognize the peace and harmony that rests in your being.
And allow yourself to be a part of that peace.
Recognize the peace and harmony that rests in your being.
The freedom that you feel from releasing your grip.
I encourage you to rest in this state of subtle awareness.
Continue to take a few moments to listen to the heart.

You can begin to bring yourself back into your physical body.
Here on earth,
