This week's daily practice will be in support of clearing,
Clearing stuckness,
Stagnancy,
The places where we've been holding on,
Perhaps refusing to change,
Surrender,
Let go,
Move
forward.
And so we're going to use this beautiful pulsing rhythm of breath,
Not force to make you change,
But this beautiful opening and contracting of your breath to help invite whatever is
stuck to move through your system with ease and with love.
So all you have to do is breathe along and let yourself get lost,
Lost in the breath.
There's nothing we have to make happen.
We just invite our energy into motion,
Into flow,
And the rest will take care of itself.
So I'll invite you to find a comfortable place to sit or lay down here.
Take a nice deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Imagine all the energy from your head slowly
sinking down your neck,
Down your spine.
The breath practice we're going to do is very simple.
It's big,
Expansive inhales,
Letting your chest and your ribs reach out,
And then deep
releasing exhales.
So we're going to breathe in through the mouth and out through the mouth.
Breathing in,
Expand,
And out,
Release,
Making a sigh.
Breathing in,
Open your chest,
Open your ribs.
Exhale,
Release.
Nice,
Full breath.

We're going to speed things up just a little bit here.
Find that pulsation.
In through the mouth,
Out through the mouth.

Last few full breaths.
Find the pulsation.
Perhaps you've switched to breathing through your nose.
Now that there's been all this pulsation,
Notice that maybe it feels a little bit
uncomfortable here as we slow things down.
Let that stuckness move.
Maybe your body shakes.
Maybe you'd want to shake your spine.
Move the energy through your system.
Trust your body knows its way through this process.
Let go.
I can move through this discomfort.
Let go of my control just for this moment.
I let my body take the lead.
As you feel things move through,
Perhaps there's a settling.
Settling into the openness,
Open channel that you are.
