Root Down To Rise Up Chakra Activation

This chakra journey takes you from crown to root to anchor divine connection. It offers energetic alignment to your life purpose through chakra clearing, activation, and affirmations. You will feel relaxed and energized operating from high-level frequencies that support sustained well-being through regular attunements when listened to regularly.

The most important thing to remember is staying in your center,

In your truth,

To be internal and face externally,

To be in the center of it all,

To bear witness of it all,

So we don't become too attached to any particular teaching,

Idea,

Way of being.

We just allow that information to come in and see how it resonates and lands with us.

And so it's much easier to do that than say that when we have that chakra alignment,

When we have our energy centers cleared out,

Cleaned out,

And resonating at the vibrational frequency that it's meant to,

Then things do become much clearer.

We can move through life more easily.

And so as we get into this chakra activation,

Then I'm going to bring us just through some relaxation first,

Just helping us to get into that centered space,

Into the grounding space.

And I also want to preface the activation by saying I tend to just go through the chakras starting at the root,

Or sorry,

The crown chakra,

The top of the head,

Because for me,

Conscious connection,

That divine connection and alignment needs to be open to be able to bring that energy through to support all the other chakras,

And then to really root down that energy and anchor it into the earth and to ground it.

So I'm going to be taking us from going through our entire body,

Getting everything prepared,

But then taking us the journey through the crown chakra to the root,

And then back again.

So close your eyes to go within and just allow yourself to just move into your heart space now.

And just allow that quieting opening if you're ready to receive it,

This opportunity to root down,

To rise up through this chakra activation.

Just finding yourself settled into your space,

Noticing where your body connects to your seat,

Noticing where your tailbone connects,

Where your feet connect,

And then seeing if you can get even 5% more comfortable than you are now.

Really allowing yourself to sink,

Getting into this space,

Just allowing your body to relax into it.

So we begin.

Starting at the top of your head,

Relax your scalp completely.

Feel the skin of your forehead and temples relax.

Allow your eye muscles to release,

Your jaw to soften.

Let your ears,

Nose,

And chin,

Teeth,

Tongue,

And gums relax.

Just let this peaceful feeling flow down your neck.

Feel it soothe your throat and dissolve any tension on contact as it glides down to shoulders,

Upper arms,

Forearms,

Wrists,

And hands.

Let this peaceful sensation of relaxation begin to fill your torso.

Feel it relax your chest,

Giving your heart more room to grow more expansive,

More loving,

Giving,

And forgiving.

Softening your belly and let this relaxation penetrate even deeper and deeper still,

Releasing any tension from your internal organs.

Relaxing around you,

Enveloping you in love,

And peace as it softens all the back muscles all the way down to the base of your spine.

Continue to breathe in deep,

Fluid breaths.

Breathe in health,

Happiness,

And harmony.

Breathing out any tension,

Toxins,

Or worries,

Or disease.

Allowing anything that does not serve you to leave your body like a dark cloud.

Breathe in light,

Breathe out light.

Breathe in light,

Breathe out light.

Sending this peaceful feeling now into your hips and buttocks.

Let a cloud glide down your thighs,

Relaxing your legs completely as it flows down to your knees,

Your calves,

Ankles,

And feet.

Remaining tension from anywhere in your body to flow out through your toes,

Leaving your whole body feeling very peaceful and relaxed.

We embark on our journey through the chakras,

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Activating these wheels of life.

We invite your awareness now to rest on the top of your head where we meet the ground chakra.

This is the chakra of spirituality,

Thought,

And service to others.

To activate it,

Let's breathe in violet or pure white light,

And let this chakra glow as it brings gifts of wisdom,

Spiritual connection,

And joy.

Yes,

See yourself living in wisdom and awareness,

Surrendering into divine love,

Joyfully contributing to the world with meaning and purpose.

You can affirm consciously living my divine purpose.

Send that light in through your crown chakra to your third eye,

Your throat chakra,

The heart,

Solar,

And sacral chakras,

Right down to your root chakra,

Anchoring this light deep into the earth,

Connecting with the heart of Mother Gaia.

Draw her love up through the soles of your feet,

Right up through the crown,

And let it settle into your third eye,

And see a beautiful indigo-colored glowing ball of light.

As it glows,

It's expanding in your imagination,

Your psychic abilities.

We align and activate your inner knowing to help guide you along your journey of self-realization.

This can sometimes be an energy center we may feel blocked,

A little tug,

Still building the capacity to love ourselves and others unconditionally.

Breathe into that space,

Hold your hand over your,

Feel yourself being heard and held,

Always supporting this love.

Allow yourself to feel and experience this love deeply.

Breathe in pink or even green,

Both are colors of the heart,

And let it fill you with gratitude for this opportunity to live in this wonderful world.

And feel your heart swell with compassion and forgiveness for yourself and others.

Moving your hands away and noticing what's around you in your immediate space.

Feeling into still what's going on inside you.

And allow that to emerge as you come back fully.
