Hello and get ready to reclaim your inner visionary.

Reconnecting with your inner visionary can ignite your passion and enthusiasm for life.

By tapping into your deepest aspirations and dreams,

You can rediscover what truly motivates you and find a renewed sense of purpose.

This can inspire you to take action towards your goals and pursue your passions wholeheartedly.

The inner visionary can help you clarify your goals and visualize the path to their realization.

It can also empower you to live a more inspired,

Purposeful,

And fulfilling life.

Enabling you to tap into your potential can create positive changes,

Both for yourself and the world around you.

First,

Let me explain what thought leaders,

Visionaries,

And high achievers have in common,

The challenges they face,

And what to do to resolve those issues.

Then we'll get into embracing your power as a changemaker and the stages for turning your vision into reality.

You might want a pen and paper for this.

If you want to take some notes,

We'll be doing some reflective questions where you can start to really get to know yourself a little more.

Now,

You may have heard names for changemakers,

Such as creatives,

Visionaries,

Natural born leaders,

Multi-passionates,

Purpose-driven entrepreneurs,

Mission-oriented professionals,

High frequency achievers,

And of course,

Thought leaders.

And here's what they all have in common.

They perceive the world differently.

Usually have a bigger picture view.

They know there's something deeper going on.

There's a strong sense of purpose or calling.

It's like through the wind and the fire,

Breezing through life in many projects with a high level of passion.

It's like being a free spirit and being a bridge to a new paradigm,

A new way of thinking and feeling and expressing and being in the world.

It's actually your energy and your passion that has the greatest impact.

And so when you're feeling stuck about what to do,

Who to be,

What kind of role you need to take on,

Or what kind of career you need to have,

Or whether to start a business,

Know that it's actually your energy and your passion that has the greatest impact.

So if you're cultivating that energy,

Keeping it at a high level,

Letting your spirit free,

And really aligning yourself with your true passion and enthusiasm for what you stand for,

What you believe in,

That's what's going to have the greatest impact.

And that's what gets expressed no matter what form your job or your role would take.

Although they tend to be leaders,

Speakers,

And messengers,

With a deep desire to inspire people to embody their fullest potential.

Another thing we all have in common is that we easily come up with new ideas and projects,

So many in fact,

And then eager to get started without so much planning.

You just want to get to it because you get so enthusiastic about it.

You're on fire.

Quite often too,

We tend to take on the roles of like either a visionary or a teacher,

Or we might even dance between the two.

And the way to discern which one you might be is that there's a skill you want to share as a teacher,

Whereas the visionary is more about raising the planetary vibration.

Which one do you think you resonate with more?

There are many roles and purposes,

And really,

I can attest to that.

I went to the university thinking I was going to be a clinical forensic psychologist.

And that didn't happen because my interests changed,

There were some life circumstances that also set me on a different path.

And so there was always this call though to serve and really lift people up and help them really step into a more empowered way of being.

And that took 16 different roles in my career in social services and community development.

I had eight different versions of my business.

I was doing healing work more at the beginning where I was doing energy work and transformational workshops,

Shamanic work,

And that sort of thing.

And then I moved more into the empowerment phase.

So as we evolve,

So does our vision.

And what's true is always our calling and what we're truly meant to do,

The kind of difference or impact that we want to make.

So really focus on making a difference more than what you should do and how you should do that.

Just know that you want to make a difference and think about what kind of difference it is that you want to make.

What transformation do you want to create?

And why?

Really get into your deeper why,

Your true intention and motivation.

This is what you want to keep coming back to whenever you get off track to or start to become disillusioned or disheartened,

Which is a big challenge for visionaries also.

Because we often feel a greater responsibility and purpose,

And yet we might go through waves of self-doubt and questioning our worth and abilities and credibilities.

Might even feel like an imposter.

There's periods where we do question our life and our direction,

Even when we think we're so sure at other times in our life.

So really get serious about who you are and why you're here.

You may know your mind yet often change it.

And we may also be seen as overly idealistic and less realistic because we really see outside of the box.

We have very unique perspectives and ideas of how the world could be.

You know,

In some aspect of it,

You may be drawn to more like research and development or technology or medicine or alternative medicine or politics.

Anything else,

Any other aspect of your life,

You see a different way of doing it,

Doing it better.

And it can be tough to get your ideas across sometimes.

Sometimes we can feel ourselves expanding into new roles and new ways of being.

And there's some sadness and worry and confusion over who we used to be or how we should be.

And so it's really a lot to reconcile.

And I really recommend in all of these action phases we go through that we also take the time to reflect and really cultivate spaciousness so we can develop these ideas.

And really have that impact that we want to have.

So if we keep saying yes to so many different projects,

We spread ourselves thin.

I mean,

We get generally excited and then become overwhelmed and anxious.

Or we become so enthusiastic about a new job or,

You know,

A new course of study and then become disillusioned by it if it's not quite what we expected.

Because again,

We see the world and everything else differently.

So that's one thing to remain conscious of.

And know that we do take many forms,

Just like the butterfly did before it actually emerged as a butterfly.

And I know that I've learned this along the way,

And I'm sure that you have too,

That the path is not linear,

Right?

There's many pivots and transformations we go through.

We are always evolving.

Even the word transformation is about transcending form.

So going beyond the form it had taken previously.

So we're always expanding into our range,

Into what else is possible.

Discovering new aspects of ourself.

Recognizing new skills or abilities or talents or gifts.

The secret to success lies really in focusing on our priority.

What is your top priority?

To be successful,

You can focus on that,

At least for now,

To follow that path and see where it leads you,

Rather than every idea that comes through.

Because that really scatters our energy and we can become fragmented.

That's what creates that self-doubt and confusion and the overwhelm.

And if you can focus on your top priority,

What is most meaningful for you,

What you stand for,

Then you can really engage in that,

Really immerse yourself into that and cultivate that energy and the passion,

Which I mentioned before,

Is where you're going to have the greatest impact.

So what transformation do you want to create?

Remember that why.

As a creative,

We continuously evolve and so does the vision of what we want to create.

Allow that to happen.

So I'm going to give you some reflective questions because I did mention that reflection is a big part of this too.

So this is where you might like to grab that pen and paper,

Or you can type this out or simply close your eyes and meditate as I ask you these questions.

Do you know what you came here to do?

Do you feel the call and urge to serve on a higher level?

This is where you can start getting to own your vision,

Own your drive,

Your passion.

Own who you came here to be and do what you came here to do.

Here's a few more questions.

What's your greatest challenge right now?

The greatest challenge.

And then consider what do you want to create?

What kind of future do you want?

This is a big one.

This one you might want to spend some more time on.

To envision your future self,

The future of the planet,

The future of your family.

Really expand into the future that you want to create because that will help give you a sense of direction and develop the feeling around it,

Which is so important.

What do you want to feel?

Really experience and see your future emerging.

See,

That's one thing that often gets overlooked is how we are actually feeling about the changes,

The changes we're making,

The changes we're going through.

So you can spend as much time as you want to on those questions or come back to them later.

And earlier I spoke about the butterfly having taken many previous forms,

And we're going to take you through a cycle of transformation that's very similar to the stages that a butterfly goes through.

So let's look at it from that perspective.

So in that first stage,

There's the egg,

Which is the beginning of all things.

In ideas born from the egg,

The egg is the beginning of all things.

In the second stage,

There's the egg,

Which is the beginning of all things.

An idea is born,

But not yet a reality.

Then in the second stage,

You have the larva.

You decide to create this idea.

And you may think,

I don't know what I'm doing or how I'm going to do it.

I just need to do it.

That's that inner call,

Right?

That urge.

And you make a decision.

You commit.

And then there's the cocoon phase.

This is so important and one that I don't think we often give enough value to.

It's a time of going within.

Not yet expressing it out into the world,

Although there is a tendency to do that,

Because we just want to get it out there right away.

We're super excited about it.

Want to share it with the world right away.

But actually give yourself some time to develop this project.

Or this idea.

Or it could be some aspect of yourself that's arising.

That's still new.

Or maybe it's ancient wisdom.

Regardless,

You want to give yourself time to develop that and go within.

And really build up the energy around that.

And then in the fourth stage,

You leave the chrysalis and birth.

You birth this idea,

This aspect of yourself or your new project.

This is where the manifestation happens.

The realization of your goals and ideas and vision.

Where you get to align your vision with your mission is where you have that intention and motivation to bring this out into the world.

And now you get to share it.

You get to share your creation with the world.

So another way of looking through these stages is first having the awareness that something has to change.

And then you get more drawn to creating that change.

You commit to it,

Start taking action.

And then allow yourself to integrate this new way of being.

This is where you start to take flight.

You honor and appreciate everything that got you to this phase.

And you get to take flight.

It can be even like a rebirth.

So one thing you could do is observe your current position.

So there's some questions that can help you decide on that.

So for example,

Is this just a thought or an idea that you have?

Do you need to make a decision?

Do you need to make a decision?

What steps are you taking to make this a reality?

How are you developing this idea?

And you can ask yourself,

Am I ready to share this?

So when you understand where you are,

You will more clearly see what to do next.

And the next step to take to continue on the path.

This is where you get to create transformation.

And prepare yourself to elevate and rise up to your full potential.

To truly take flight,

Just like the butterfly.

Understanding your current stage in the cycle of transformation will help you discern what to do to make your vision a reality.

It's going to guide and inform you on the path.

Okay,

So just taking a pause now,

Just breathing it all in.

That was kind of a lot.

There's some deep work there,

Some real questions to consider,

Reflect upon.

So just pausing to take a breath.

Allow yourself now to just sink and not think.

And let the insights you just gained and that are still in contact with you,

The insights that are still coming,

Guide you to finding clarity,

Direction,

And purpose.

So you can make better choices moving forward.

You can come back to this any time you have a new idea or a project to work through.

Or when you need clarity on your next steps,

And direction that you want those steps to take you in.

Thank you so much for listening.
