This healthy living guided meditations is designed to help you develop a more consistent daily meditation for the work day.

Morning meditation.
Let's get started with your morning meditation.
Take a moment to get comfortable where you are.
Make sure your back is well supported.
Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.
Take a full breath in all the way down to your belly.
And exhale out.
Another powerful breath in.
Exhale out.
And exhale out.
And exhale out.
And exhale out.
The breath supplies energy to you that you use throughout your day.
Take a moment to let the breath fill your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Very good.
Now let's raise some physical energy by gently moving the body.
In a gentle rocking motion,
Move your head from side to side.
Nice and easy.
That's right.
Nice breath in.
Easy exhale out.
And exhale out.
Now raise your shoulders up and down.
One more time,
Move your head from side to side,
Letting the muscles relax and release.
Nice breath in.
And exhale out.
This time,
Raise your shoulders up higher so you can feel a good stretch.
Very good.
Now quickly open and close your fingers a few times to wake up your finger energy.
That's it.
Now take a nice,
Powerful,
Energetic breath.
That's right.
Breathing in.
And exhaling out.
Feeling your body wake up.
Take a moment to notice how your physical energy is tingling and running through your body,
Energizing you.
Now that the body is awake and the energy is circulating freely,
Let's prepare the mind for a wonderful,
Easy day ahead.
In your mind,
I want you to envision a beautiful sun rising.
If you're not a visual person,
That's okay.
Just imagine what it feels like to have the morning sun touch your whole body.
That's right.
Put yourself in front of the sun as it rises,
Feeling the peaceful,
Warm,
And golden energy cover you.
Feel the golden sunlight move through your body,
Mind,
And soul,
Energizing you at every level.
I want you to take the next few moments to feel the effects of the sun lighting up your body.
Excellent.
Now it's time to set your intentions for the day.
You've done a wonderful practice so far,
So this will be easy for you.
Setting your intentions before your day gets started prepares you ahead so you can proactively handle experiences and situations as they arise.
I want you to think about the day ahead,
Who you'll meet,
The places you'll need to go,
And the things that need to be done.
In thinking about your day ahead,
What kind of attitude and energy would you like to bring to your day?
There are a lot of choices here.
Some examples would be peaceful,
Confident,
Happy,
Intuitive,
And joyful.
You get to choose,
So take a moment to decide now how you want to meet the upcoming experiences for this day.
Starting now,
Let's practice being the attitude and energy you want to bring to your day.
Take a nice breath in,
And exhale out.
I want you to get a good feel of the energy you want to bring to your day.
Imagine yourself vibrating as the energy that you want to bring to your day.
For the next few moments,
I just want you to get a feel of the vibration that you are bringing into your day.
Get a good feel of the vibration,
Let it wash over you.
Very good.
We're going to increase the power of your intention by merging I AM affirmations with the flow of the breath.
I will show you how to do it,
And then you can repeat after me.
You can mentally repeat the words,
Or say them out loud.
Choose whatever you feel is best for you.
I'm going to use the example of peace as the energy I want to bring to my day.
So here we go.
On the in breath,
I am.
On the out breath,
Peace.
On the in breath,
I am.
And on the out breath,
Peace.
Now,
It's your turn.
On your next in breath,
Focus on the words,
I am.
So take a big breath in,
And get a good feel of each word as you bring in the breath.
And on your exhale,
Really feel the attitude and energy you are putting into your day.
Breathing in,
I am.
And on your exhale,
See and feel yourself as the energy you're bringing to your day.
One more time,
Breathing in,
I am.
And on the exhale,
Let yourself be the energy you're bringing to your day.
Very good.
For the next few moments,
I want you to practice the I am on the in breath and feeling your energy on the out breath on your own.
Remember,
Take your time,
Take full breaths in,
And fully let yourself exhale so that you give yourself a chance to feel the energy.
Nice,
Easy breath in.
And exhale out.
And on your exhale,
Feel yourself as the energy you're bringing to your day.
Acknowledge one more time the energy and attitude that you want to bring to your day.
Coming back to the sound of my voice,
Eyes still closed.
Take another moment to feel the energy you have created with this breath.
Feel your own vibration,
The vibration of well being.
Take another full breath in.
Slowly open your eyes.
Now look around the room that you are in.
Staying calm,
Notice the electrical charge of your inner being.
Coming back more and more.
Nice big breath in.
Move your fingers and toes.
Becoming more alert.
Nice big stretch.
Congratulations on your practice.
You've done a wonderful job preparing for your day.
To enhance your meditation and build on what you've just completed,
I encourage you to practice living in the moment throughout your day.
This daily meditation will help you to live in the moment and stay centered,
Intuitive,
And productive throughout the day.
