Transcript

Let's begin relaxing the body by getting more comfortable either sitting in a nice supportive chair or lying down on the floor.

That's right.

Just adjust yourself into a comfortable position.

Good.

Now close your eyes and relax.

Taking a deep cleansing breath in and exhale slowly.

Listening to the sound of my voice,

Inhale slowly and now a nice cleansing exhale out.

Releasing all tension on the out breath.

Focus on your breathing as you continue to relax.

That's right.

Just relax.

Gently breathing in and naturally breathing out.

Become more aware of your breath in and out.

Letting your chest rise and fall.

Alright.

Excellent.

Deep breath in and exhale out.

Allow yourself to get more and more comfortable.

Excellent.

Breathing in and gentle exhale out.

Now I want you to just follow the natural rhythm of your breath for the next few moments while listening to the wonderful music on your own.

That's wonderful.

Now give yourself permission to let go of the outside world for the next little while.

Staying with the natural flow of your breath.

Breathing in and exhaling out.

You'll start to focus your awareness on your body.

Together we will open the body,

Mind and spirit for the healing energy.

At all times you are safe and in control.

Nice easy breath in.

That's right.

Perfect.

You're doing wonderful.

Relaxing all the muscles in your head.

Feeling the forehead relax.

Breathing in and exhale out.

That's right.

Just relax.

That's right.

Just letting go of all the tension.

Letting go of the tension in the front of your neck and in the back of your neck.

Just feeling the tension leaving you now.

Just let it go.

Now moving down your spine with that beautiful breath.

Feeling each vertebra gently release.

That's right.

Just letting the back relax.

Breathing along with me.

Good.

Relaxing all the way down to the base of your spine.

That's right.

Just letting go.

Letting your shoulders relax a little more.

Feeling the space between the shoulders.

Just let go.

Relaxing your arms,

The front of your arms and the back of your arms.

And the fingertips.

Just letting them open and relax.

Just a little more.

Relax.

Breathing in peace.

And exhaling all negative feelings.

Just letting them flow out of the body.

Exhaling all thoughts that are negative.

Letting them go.

That's perfect.

You are doing wonderful.

Settling in a little bit more into the chair that you were in.

Let's just let those hips relax a little bit more.

Breathing in and relaxing those legs.

Just relaxing.

Exhaling and letting your knees relax.

Allow the feeling of total relaxation to flow through the body.

All the way down to your toes and out the soles of your feet.

Good.

Letting all stress leave you.

Just relax and enjoy the freedom of the moment.

Without the stresses of everyday life.

Just breathing in and breathing out.

Slow breath in.

And exhale out.

Deliberately didnt use headphones cause its raining outside. Made me feel so light and free I am giddy. Stayed in that state even after timed session. Lovely encouraging voice as well.
