This embodied somatic centering is a gentle 7-minute guided meditation layered with binaural beats attuned to the Earth’s Schumann Resonance (7.83 Hz). This poetic somatic journey grounds you in breath and body, reconnects you to the heart, and gently restores your nervous system. Ideal before rest, ritual, or returning to your truest self.

Transcript

Welcoming yourself to the practice,

To the quiet,

Taking a moment to arrive,

To truly arrive in this breath,

In this body,

In this moment.

Let your awareness drop into the breath with the breath,

Anchoring awareness with the breath,

Noticing the rhythm,

The length,

Its pulse,

Its living pulse.

And begin to sense the length of the breath,

The sacred vertical line that stretches from above to below,

From sky to soil,

From heaven to earth,

Moving through you,

And you are that line,

A living bridge,

A thread between realms,

Just feel yourself in alignment with this.

Now begin to feel the width of the breath,

The width of your breath,

How it expands side to side,

Touching the invisible threads of connection to others,

To community,

To the seen and the unseen ones who walk beside you,

Who walk with you.

You are not alone in this breath.

And widen gently even more,

Three dimensions,

All directions,

Above,

Below,

Around.

Imagining,

Sensing a golden egg of light surrounding you,

Enveloping you,

This is hiranyagarbha,

The sacred womb,

The cosmic protection.

Feel yourself held inside this living field of wisdom,

The breath of your ancestors,

The love of your guides,

The arms of your angels.

And soften,

Soften to the seat of your heart,

This deepest place,

The root of your gratitude to each breath remembering.

Remember who you are,

Remember the ancient one who chose this body,

This path,

This breath.

As you inhale,

Feel yourself receiving yourself,

Call yourself home,

Fully,

Without hesitation.

Call yourself home,

All of yourself,

All of you.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself fitting into your skin,

Like you belong here,

Now,

Like your body is the perfect shape for your soul.

Inhale,

Call yourself home,

Arrive,

As you exhale,

Feel yourself slipping in,

Let yourself be received by this moment,

Let yourself belong.
