I created this meditation to offer a practice that connects us all to the universal sound of oneness; the vibrational sound of om. Om is one of the most beautiful and repeated mantras and profoundly supports us in entering an intuitive, relaxed, and deeply connected state. (Note: If you are not in a place where you can chant "om" without disturbing anyone, simply surrender to the feeling of the vibration.) I hope that you enjoy this practice!

Take a nice deep breath in and a nice full breath out.

Allow your eyes to close.

Allow your body to soften.

You're going to take nice full inhales and complete exhales.

Moving at your own pace.

Being completely generous with your breath.

Notice how your body wants to be breathed.

Notice how your mind wants to soften.

Notice how your face wants to relax.

And just give yourself full permission here to become completely at ease.

Completely gentle.

Being completely generous with your body.

Taking another full breath,

Inhale.

All the way from the belly up into the throat.

Hold for a moment.

And release.

Beautiful again,

Full breath in,

Filling up the belly,

The chest,

The throat.

Hold for a moment.

And release.

Again full inhale.

All the way from the belly to the throat.

Exhale release.

And now as we breathe in to om,

If you aren't in a position where you can be only out loud,

Then just feel free to create an internal om.

Allowing yourself to feel the vibration of om within your physical body.

And for those of us that are available to chant om out loud,

Please join.

Taking one full breath to prepare,

Inhale.

Exhale.

And inhale to om.

Om.

Om.

And just feel the vibration.

Feeling the vibration as you allow your breath to enter back into a natural rhythm.

Noticing any new sensations within the body.

Noticing any returning sensations that have arrived back into the body.

Giving your body full permission to relax even deeper.

Allowing every single inch of your body to melt into the vibration that is just underneath you.

Giving every inch of your body full permission to let go.

Giving both of your feet permission to let go.

Allowing them to become so soft.

Allowing the lower legs to completely let go.

Allowing the knees and upper legs to melt into the vibration of om.

Allowing the hips,

The lower back,

The belly.

To all melt into the vibration of om.

Allowing the heart,

The chest,

The upper back to melt.

The hands,

The forearms up to the elbows.

The upper arms to the shoulders,

Allowing it all to completely relax.

The throat,

The neck.

Every inch of the face and the ears.

The space behind the eyes.

The space behind the forehead.

Allowing it all to melt into the vibration of om.

The crown of your head melting that into the vibration of om.

And feeling how this brings back the sensation of om.

Allowing it to arrive back into your awareness.

And melting into this particular vibration.

Allowing your body to receive.

And giving your body love,

Your mind love,

Your heart love,

Your spirit love.

Through the whole process of receiving.

Allowing your body to receive.

Allowing your body to receive.
