Hi,
This is Jeff Bosworth,
Seeking to bring a more positive and peaceful world to each individual.
This is an affirmation practice to help you feel good,
So let's prepare ourselves physically first to help us allow this feeling to expand throughout our whole body.
Loosen up a little by moving your head from side to side a couple times.
Loosen,
Relax.
Roll your neck in a circular motion,
Releasing any tension.
Take a deep breath through your nose.
Open your mouth and let it all out.
Let's do it again,
Taking in fresh,
Cool air and exhaling staleness and discomfort.
Now this time,
Let yourself feel the energy coming in with the inhale and the release on the exhale.
Alternate shoulder shrugs.
Raise the right and lower.
Raise the left and lower.
Do this several times as you loosen and relax.
Breathe,
Relax and let go.
We're here to feel good,
So give yourself permission to feel good.
Repeat after me,
I give myself permission to feel good.
Now breathe in that good feeling.
Did you feel that?
Maybe just a little?
Tell yourself again,
I give myself permission to feel good.
Take in another deep breath.
Feel the energy.
Feel the joy.
Inhale and release into calm contentment.
Relax your breath.
Imagine a white light shining on you,
A glowing radiance of positivity caressing you,
Filling you with a feeling of warmth and joy.
Visualize the light cascading all over your body.
Take in that feeling and let it grow.
It's okay to let go of the world's troubles and just enjoy this moment.
It's okay to let go of your troubles,
Worries,
To do's,
For now.
Because you will find that taking time for yourself to let go of the weight of the world gives you clarity and energy to face whatever comes.
So let's take one more deep inhale and then exhale to feel good.
One more thing I'd like to share before we part ways.
Try to do at least one kind thing for someone else today.
Open the grocery cart,
Hold the door for someone,
Or even just a smile can make you feel good.
Showing kindness to others is contagious and lifts your spirits as well as theirs.
So come back for a reset anytime you need.
I'll be here.
May you have a wonderful day my friend.
Namaste.
