May it be so.
May we surrender everything we think that we know in a mind that is murky or muddled.
May we surrender our grasping,
The clenched hands that believe that they are missing something that will always be out of reach when really they are closer than we can imagine.
May we surrender our fear of criticism that leads us to hide the gems that we've been gleaming from our journey,
Each and every day,
Each and every moment.
May we surrender our wish to be understood,
The wish that leads us to withdraw in order to protect our truth,
Rather than being able to stand in it,
Uninterrupted by what others think,
Say,
Or do.
May we surrender our fear,
Which creates a veil between ourselves and the gifts of this life that are here to be enjoyed and shared and celebrated.
May we put down our shields in times of peace,
And let the sun hit our faces and softly smile its way into our hearts.
May we put down our longings,
And eat from the bounty of the day before us with hunger in our bellies and appreciation of each taste on our tongues.
May we put down our worries,
And trust that we know our knowings,
Our truth,
Deep down,
And that just in asking to see,
We will be granted the clarity that we seek.
May we put down our fretting,
Which tries to wrangle our futures into submission,
And know instead that living from our own sovereignty awakens peace and joy more than any illusion that we have of having control.
May we lift our learnings to the sky,
Thanking each day for its lessons and creating them into offerings when they are meant to be shared,
And keeping them close to our hearts when they are meant for us.
May we revel in what is sacred,
More than we fear what is scared.
May we plant our gratitude in the earth,
Making seeds out of our intentions to help them grow,
Allowing expansion without effort,
Just as the trees have taught us.
May we know who we are and where we belong,
Settling into a love that just as it has bones and feet,
Also has wings that widen its serenity as it sends its joy soaring.
May we know ease in our bodies,
In our minds,
In our hearts,
And in our souls.
May all aspects of us dance with the flow that is tuned into the music of this life,
Of life,
Of our lives.
May we see that it is so.
May we feel that it is here.
May we know that it is so.
May we feel that it is brimming.
May we trust that it is so.
May we feel that it is holy.
May we see that it is.
May we know that we are.
May we love that we are.
May we love who we are.
May we love.
May we love what is so.
May we love what is so.
