Meet your Teacher

Jeanine Cerundolo is a holistic life and relationship coach specializing in guiding people through emotional transitions such as breakups, threshold moments, and major life decisions. She helps clients move from heartbreak, confusion, and resentment toward clarity, self-trust, forgiveness, and renewed purpose. With a Master’s degree from Columbia University in Spiritual Psychology and yoga teacher training through Kripalu, Jeanine integrates guided meditation, creative visualization, and reflective practices to support deep emotional healing, closure, and renewed confidence. Through her courses, books, and coaching, she provides grounded, compassionate tools for breakup recovery, relationship healing, and personal transformation, helping others rebuild self-worth, release attachment, and move forward with strength, peace, and joy.

Letting Be: Surrender To What-Is

Today, we take a poetic, meditative, and reflective journey to experience our own power and softness as we meet what lies before us, and allow it to be real and to be true. Instead of resisting or fighting with this moment, we lean in and see it as our teacher. In this track, we learn that after letting go, we can simply let things be. When we open with curiosity and openness, even in our struggle and pain, we choose to strengthen instead of harden our hearts.
