As I teach my yoga classes, I see that many kids are anxious these days. I often use affirmations with them, and try to teach them about saying good things to themselves. They love it! This short affirmation track can be used anywhere. You can also encourage your children to create their own affirmations. May this practice bring more calm to your daily life.
