Hello new mama.

This is such an exciting time for you and exhausting too I remember.

So take a few moments for yourself every day and be careful about what you're allowing yourself to think.

Affirmations will help keep you in a positive frame of mind.

So I have created these affirmations just for you.

Hopefully they will help you keep peace in your life as you learn everything you need to know about your new little one.

Staying positive takes practice.

You can play this track in the background and just listen as you go about your day.

Or you can decide to start your morning in a positive way and listen to this track and repeat the affirmations.

Whatever works best for you.

Let's begin.

Take a big breath in.

Let it go.

I can do this.

My baby is a miracle.

My baby and I are growing together every day.

When things get hard I take a few slow breaths.

My partner is engaged and supportive.

I stop and rest as much as possible.

I pause and notice all of the small details.

I ask for help from family and friends.

I eat well and drink a lot of water.

I am so grateful for this moment in my life.

I am doing the best I can.

I am loving and kind to myself.

I stay calm and relaxed.

I listen closely to learn more about my baby.

I breathe in.

I breathe out.

I am calm.

All is well in my world.

Life is good.
