Hello,
Friend.
Let's take a moment for gratefulness today.
The more you practice gratefulness,
The happier you will feel.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seat,
Or you could lie down.
If you're lying down,
Make sure your body is completely comfortable.
If you're sitting tall,
Stretch your crown toward the sky and relax your shoulders back and down.
Let's begin by taking a big breath in,
And then sighing it out,
Ah.
Lovely.
Take another one big breath in,
And sigh it out with some sound,
Ah.
This time,
Just take a nice silent breath in,
And let it go through the nose.
Just connect with the center of you,
With your heart,
And just breathe easily now.
Now I'm going to say some grateful sentences,
And you can repeat them if you like,
Or you can try and feel the gratefulness around the things I mention.
I am grateful for sunlight.
I am grateful for my home.
I am grateful for friendships,
Past and present.
I am grateful for love.
I am grateful for delicious food.
I am grateful for my work.
I am grateful for all that I have learned.
I am grateful for my ability to learn new things.
I am grateful for the beauty of the earth.
I am grateful for my curiosity.
I am grateful for the good people in my life.
I am grateful for new possibilities.
I am grateful for all of the good in my world.
Now I will say I am grateful for,
And allow you to fill in the blank.
Don't overthink this.
Just let anything pop in there.
Don't stress about it.
And if you need to say the same thing several times,
Then do.
Allow the feeling of gratefulness to take over this part of the practice.
I am grateful for.

I am grateful for.

I am grateful for.

I am grateful for.

I am grateful for.

All is well.
All is well.
All is well.
Thank you for joining me today,
Friend.
May you have a day full of joy and possibility.
Namaste.
