Letting the sleeping brain calm down by getting rid of negative thoughts.

This is a highly effective and powerful way to communicate our desires to the universe as our subconscious mind at this time is incredibly powerful and influential.

While you sleep your brain stores new memories and thought patterns while toxic and the necessary information is removed.

While we are sleeping the subconscious absorbs and believes every affirmation because at this point there is nothing blocking the subconscious mind.

By reaching only the subconscious mind it is possible to change not only your attitudes and beliefs also turn around a negative mindset.

That's why affirmations while we sleep are so extremely powerful.
