It's JB and we're going on a journey together to a little cottage in the woods.
So sit back,

Now imagine your inner field,
With tall flowers all around,
Sun is shining and you're just walking along,
Brushing your hands along the high flowers.
As you touch the soft petals,
The sweet smell gets dispersed into the air.
The sweet smell tickles your nose.
It's so lovely and pleasing.
It makes you feel so relaxed and happy.
You smile and keep walking,
Hands touching the tall flowers,
Smelling the sweet nectar floating around your head.
Keep walking,
There are some trees up ahead.
The trees look really tall and so beautiful.
Gaze up and see the sheer size and you are amazed.
Just looking up,
Just looking up.
Look ahead and keep on walking,
You don't have any shoes on and you feel the warm earth between your toes.

Just keep walking.
It's been a while now and it's getting darker.
The light is fading,
It's slowly slipping away.
You are surrounded by trees and the temperature starts to drop.
It's getting very dark now.
You look around and wonder where do you go.
You stop,
Take a breath,
Then you look ahead and in the distance you see a tiny light.
The light is paring through all the trees.
The light is small but looks so bright.
You walk towards the light.
Closer and closer.
Closer and closer.
Closer and closer.
Feel tired now.
All that walking,
You would just like to sit down.
As you keep walking towards the light,
It gets bigger and brighter.
Then you realise as you get closer,
It's a little cottage.
The cottage looks so quaint.
White walls,
Thatched roof and chimney with a big bright red door.
All out but nobody answers.
Look through the window as you get closer and you see a beautiful fireplace inside.
You go up to the front door and you knock.
There's no answer.
It's cold outside now.
You'd love to go inside.
So you turn the door knob and it opens.
You go inside and you feel the warmth from the fire.
Come up your face.
It's so cosy inside.
Close the door behind you and sit down.
You feel so lovely as you sit in front of the fire.
You hear the popping of the flames.
You watch them as they pop and they dance in front of you.
Outside it starts to rain.
You can hear the raindrops falling outside.
As you sit there,
You feel relaxation fill your body.
You're so tired now.
You're so sleepy now.
You lay down in front of the fire.
The floor feels soft and cosy.
It's so warm and comfortable there.
You stretch out and just melt into the floor.
There's no place you would rather be than right here,
Right now.
You are warm,
You are safe and you are comfortable.
Just close your eyes now.
The eyelids are so heavy.
Laying down on this comfortable floor.
Just relax.
