
Detox The Mind And Body Meditation

Are you feeling out of balance? Does your mind and body feel sluggish and in need of a detox? Your subconscious mind is in control of everything from your heart beating, to digesting your food, and has the ability to draw out toxins and rid them from the body. In this session you will be guided to switch on your body’s innate healing ability and release and draw out the toxins which are being held inside of you. Start feeling clearer, cleaner and lighter today!

Welcome to this mind and body detox meditation.
If you haven't done so already you can go ahead and find a comfortable place to sit or lie down,
Making any adjustments to the body.
Uncrossing the arms and legs and then just allowing those eyes to close.
Closing down those eyelids.
And as you rest here with those eyes closed I want you to really enjoy this feeling of making time for yourself.
Prioritizing yourself and allowing this time to simply let go and rest here in meditation.
And so slowly starting to take some comfortable deep breaths now.
And as you take those slow breaths I want you to start to notice how your body feels.
Noticing the feeling of the support underneath you.
Where it touches your body.
Where it touches your skin.
And as you draw your awareness and attention to your body becoming more aware of any areas of tension.
Any areas that perhaps feel tight or constricted in some way.
And as you continue to take those slow deep comfortable breaths in and out.
You can simply direct your breath.
Direct your attention to these areas.
And on each exhale of that breath starting to feel any tension dissolving.
Loosening.
Unwinding.
And letting go.
Feeling your whole body becoming more and more relaxed.
Perhaps even getting a sense of sinking down deeper and deeper into comfortable relaxation.
That's right.
Allowing this positive relaxation.
This energy to flow through your body.
Relaxing all of those muscles.
Starting at the very top of the head.
Moving down through the face.
The jaw.
The neck.
And noticing how those shoulders are relaxing.
And starting to drop as the tension is released.
Like a wave of calm and peaceful relaxation creating a sleepy heaviness as it moves down through those arms.
Those hands and fingers.
Those arms so heavy and sleepy.
And while you are thinking about how relaxed those arms are.
Notice how relaxed the chest and the back and the legs have become.
And all the way down to the tips of those toes.
So that the whole body feels calm,
At rest and comfortable.
And as you relax more and more and enjoy this stillness.
I want you now to use your imagination.
Because you were born with a really powerful imagination.
And I want you to see yourself standing at the top of ten stone steps.
Leading all the way down to a large crystal clear pool of water.
Surrounded by tropical palm trees and beautiful flowers.
You can imagine and picture this scene in any way that you choose.
There is no right or wrong way.
How you choose to visualize this place and bring this image to life is perfect for you.
And in a few moments I will begin to count you down these steps from ten to one.
When I say the number ten you will start walking down those smooth stone steps.
Until you reach the number one.
Where you will find yourself at the bottom of those steps.
As I count down slowly each number takes you even deeper into this peaceful state of relaxation.
And the deeper you go the more relaxed you become.
So here we go as you peacefully descend onto the first step down.
Ten.
Feeling yourself letting go completely.
Nine.
Deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Eight.
Letting go of any thoughts.
Seven.
Really enjoying this deep state of relaxation.
Six.
Deeper and deeper now as you listen to the sound of my voice.
Five.
Halfway down those steps.
Releasing all that unnecessary nervous tension from the body.
Four.
Stepping down becoming more and more relaxed with every number that passes.
Three.
As you approach the bottom of the steps you drift deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Two.
Almost at the bottom now.
And as you step down so easily down to one.
Even more relaxed.
Opening up your mind now to new thoughts,
New ideas and new experiences.
And as you stand on this last stone step.
I want you to look down and see how clear and clean the water in the pool is.
It's so clear that you can see all the way to the very bottom.
It looks so inviting.
And I want you to know as you look down at the water.
That the pool could only come up to a level that is safe and comfortable for you.
And so I want you to do that now.
I want you to imagine yourself stepping into the soothing and healing waters of this pool.
And you can be so pleasantly surprised to notice how warm and comfortable the water in the pool is.
Allow yourself to fully be present in this place.
Allow the feeling of that water to move around your body and soothe you.
And know that this water has special properties.
Which have the ability to draw out and remove any toxins.
To rid your body of everything and anything that is not serving you.
Because toxins from everyday life can accumulate from so many sources.
Perhaps the food that you eat.
From the environment or the lifestyle choices that you make.
The ones which don't nourish your body as much as they could.
All from the negative thoughts,
Stresses and emotions that may have been weighing you down in some way.
Upsetting that delicate balance of well-being within you.
Affecting your energy,
Vibrancy,
Health and even your mood.
Because emotional toxins can also become stuck in the body too.
But you now have the opportunity to remove all those things from deep within you.
Dislodging them and allowing them to come up as you remove them from every cell within you.
So that you can deeply cleanse your entire being.
Returning to wholeness and balance.
Because your subconscious mind is more powerful than perhaps you've ever thought.
And is in control of everything.
From your heart beating.
To digesting your food.
To your lungs working while you sleep.
And it has the ability to draw out all those toxins and remove them from your body.
And you may already know that the mind affects the body and the body affects the mind.
And your subconscious mind is responsible for keeping everything in your body in control.
Whether you are awake or sleeping.
Your subconscious mind is always working.
And it wants you to be your very best self.
Getting rid of any substances that have accumulated in your body.
So that you can feel so clean and clear.
And so now I want you to relax even more deeply in this pool.
In this clean and clear crystal clear water.
And as you look around your eyes are drawn now to the beautiful tropical flowers growing all around.
Their delicate fragrance filling the air.
Notice the many vibrant colors of these flowers.
Glowing with vibrancy and health.
And scattered amongst the array of flowers are luscious green vines.
Nourished by the healing waters that are now flowing around you.
You cannot help but notice how healthy and strong they look.
I want you now to imagine gently moving towards the far end of this pool.
And at the far end of this pool you now see that a gentle waterfall is flowing.
The water cascades downwards and brings the healing water and detoxifying properties that you are already absorbing into your body.
I'd like you to move closer to this gentle waterfall.
And when you are ready I want you now to imagine yourself standing directly underneath it.
Able to feel all that warm healing water moving over you.
And I want you to notice as you stand underneath this waterfall relaxing even more deeply that you begin to notice a strange color leaving your mind and body.
Almost like a colored dye that is now being washed from you.
And I wonder what color that is.
And I wonder whether there is one part of your body where this color is strongest.
Your subconscious mind already knows that this strange color is really all those old emotional,
Mental and physical toxins that have been dislodged.
And are now being drawn up and out and being washed away.
Allow everything which you no longer need to be washed away.
That's it.
Drawn out and washed out.
And notice how this strange color begins to get fainter and fainter.
And as that waterfall washes away all those toxins,
All that stuff,
You can begin to feel a new lightness in your mind and in your body.
Feeling so fresh,
Renewed.
Soon all of that color has been completely washed away.
And the pool returns to its crystal clear natural state.
Gently moving away from the waterfall,
You now lie back in the pool.
And allow yourself to float in this healing water.
Your face looking upwards at the expansive blue sky above.
Your body completely relaxed.
Notice the soft smile upon your face.
And take a moment to soak up anything further that you need as you rest in this meditation.
Feeling so light and clear.
Your cells already regenerating and renewing deep within you.
Returning you to your natural state.
Happy and healthy.
And you can return to this state at any time.
Because the ability to detoxify and heal is always within you.
And with each day you now continue to feel lighter and brighter.
Stronger and clearer in both mind and body.
And each time you listen to this meditation,
You feel the effects more and more profoundly.
And so in a few moments,
I will gently guide you out of this meditation.
Counting up from one to five.
And when I say the number five,
You can gently open those eyes.
Coming all the way back up to the present moment.
Feeling calm,
Light and relaxed.
One starting to move those hands and feet now.
Two becoming more aware of the room around you.
Three taking a nice deep breath.
Four stretching out that body.
And five opening your eyes and coming all the way back to full awareness.

WOW! This was one of best meditations I've ever experienced! It was an incredibly beautiful and amazing experience. The visualization of the calm and healing water was beyond soothing, and I lost myself in space and time when I pictured myself floating on the water. Your voice was calming and perfect for this.
