A combination of moving our bodies with awareness of breath, and processing our emotions with a deeper understanding of our own minds. My training as a psychologist and yoga teacher have helped me help others, and I am pleased to share these techniques with you, all aimed at reconnecting with ourselves, promoting peace of mind and relaxation, and being able to cope and deal with the pressures of modern life.
