Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
For this practice we are going to take a journey down a river of light.
Let us begin by relaxing the body and centering the mind.
Get into a position that is most comfortable for you.
Take your time to get comfortable.
Make any body adjustments you need.
Stretch out and move any tight muscles.
Let us now take some calm and centering breaths.
Take a slow deep in breath,
Hold,
Then slowly breathe out.
As you breathe out,
Feel your body melt down and relax.
Let us set up a connection with your breath and your energy field.
Become aware of your feet.
Feel the connection your feet have with the earth.
Spend a few moments to become mindful of your feet.
Do you notice energy gathering at the soles of your feet?
On an in breath,
Slowly breathe up energy through your body,
Up your spine and into your forehead.
Briefly hold it there.
As you exhale,
Breathe the energy out of the top of your head like a water fountain.
Let it come down and around your body.
It falls like rain on the ground.
Gather this energy again at your feet.
Slowly breathe the energy up and through your body,
Up your spine and into your forehead.
Hold it there briefly and slowly breathe the energy out and around your body.
Let us repeat this for a few more minutes.
We will now establish a mantra to link our intent to the meditation.
Repeat after me.
I flow with the energy of the infinite.
This mantra can mean many things,
But I like to think that it's you putting trust and faith in the universe.
Let your higher self,
Guides and teachers pull you along your path.
Your ego desires are nothing compared to the abundance,
Love,
Happiness and unlimited energy that awaits you when you become one with the infinite.
Let go and embody the practice.
I flow with the energy of the infinite.
Let us now take a trip down a river of light.
For the rest of the practice,
Attempt to stay as still as possible for maximum benefits.
Become mindful of your breath.
Slowly breathe in,
Pause and slowly breathe out.
If your mind wanders,
Center your awareness by slowly breathing in and out.
With each breath,
You go deeper into a relaxed state.
The more relaxed you become,
The better you will feel.
The better you feel,
The deeper you go.
Throughout this practice,
Know you are safe and protected.
You are surrounded by love and light.
The divine light in me recognizes and honors the divine light in you.
Ensure your eyes are closed.
Open your inner eye and look out through your forehead.
Look out through the darkness.
It feels like you're moving through a tunnel.
You begin to float down the river of light.
Feel the gentle flow and current of the river of light.
Let it gently pull you towards your destiny and your life purpose.
Imagine your energy field becoming cleansed.
As this happens,
You feel your body becoming lighter.
You feel the divine spark inside you.
You feel your body glowing with inner light.
You know your life purpose is becoming clearer.
You don't need to be conscious of this.
Just trust and let go.
Just know with each life affirming practice,
Each choice made by your heart,
Each positive thought,
With every little act of kindness you make,
The closer you move into your life purpose,
And the closer you become one with the infinite.
You gently float into your personal power.
It becomes a part of your reality.
It's a part of your consciousness.
It's a cloak that surrounds and protects you always.
It makes you safe and happy in any situation.
As you look around,
You are floating in the river of light.
The water is warm and comforting,
And you feel like a feather floating along.
There is a gentle current pulling you along.
It navigates you through the hardships in your life.
There will always be bumps and distractions along the way.
These are crucial lessons that help you grow and evolve.
When these hardships happen,
Even little annoyances,
You know you must react from a place of loving kindness,
In both deed and thought.
When you do this,
You learn the lessons,
And the burdens become easier to bear.
You gain a greater empathy of everyone around you.
As you reach out your awareness,
You feel the divine energy surrounding you and nourishing you.
It's flowing with you,
And becoming one with your energy field.
Take another cleansing mindful breath.
Center yourself at your third eye.
The more mindful you become with your breath,
The greater the connection you get with the energy of light.
The greater the connection you get with the light,
The more mindful you become.
The more mindful you become,
The closer you become one with the infinite.
You feel the river of light saturating your entire body.
It washes over and through your energy field.
It penetrates every cell and atom of your being.
You feel your body,
Mind and spirit become cleansed and purified.
As you take each breath,
You breathe in the energy of the infinite.
Your mind has slowed.
Your body is asleep.
Your mind is conscious and aware.
You see things more clearly.
You see things from different perceptions.
You don't know why you usually have such rigid thinking.
You just need to trust and let go.
You don't need to control everything.
Your awareness is light and airy.
It feels dreamy.
It's so nice floating down the river of light.
You are calm,
Relaxed and at peace.
You know your body is being healed.
Your mind is being cleansed.
Your emotions are being balanced.
Your spirit is free and at peace.
Feel this and know this is happening.
Allow all limits and blocks to be washed away.
You drift along with the flow of the river of light.
You will now spend some quiet time,
A few precious minutes,
Just floating along,
Enjoying the peace and relaxation.
Become one with the practice.
