This is a guided meditation through a forest with a focus on mindfulness practices and breath awareness. Chilled music and binaural beats will assist you to become calm and relaxed. You will be guided to be aware of and raise your energy field.

Today we are going on a journey in the forest with a guided meditation.

First we are going to make ready the body and mind by conducting some preparation meditation exercises.

Let us start by taking a few breaths to calm and relax.

Take a slow deep breath,

Pause,

Then slowly exhale.

As you exhale push out stress or worry you feel.

You will not need that now.

Now we will surround ourselves in a healing bubble of light.

Imagine a bubble of shining white light around you.

Feel this around you and know this protects and heals you throughout this meditation.

We will now conduct a mindfulness practice.

Notice the contact of your body with the chair or ground.

Notice your breath gently coming in and out of your nose.

Can you feel a cool sensation as you breathe in?

Is there a slight warm sensation as you breathe out?

Does your body have any tension?

If any body part has tension,

Send healing energy to that location.

How do your shoulders and neck feel?

What about your lower back?

Do you have tight legs or sore feet?

Make a conscious effort to relax your whole body.

Close your eyes and prepare your body for the guided meditation.

Get into whatever position is comfortable.

Lying,

Sitting or reclining.

We are now going to take a journey into the forest.

As you walk over a meadow,

You see a forest in the distance.

As you get closer,

You start to relax.

The birds are chirping.

The bees are buzzing.

The smell of wildflowers is in the air.

There is a gentle caress of the wind on your face.

You hear running water from a nearby stream.

You look up and see a perfect blue sky.

The healing energy of the sun is warm in your body.

You get an awareness of the sacred energy of the forest.

As you move into the forest,

You feel apprehension and you realize this is the stress of everyday life just below the surface.

You know the forest is a safe place.

And as you walk further,

Your feet connect with the ground with each step.

It becomes a walking mindfulness practice.

You feel the earth discharge and draw your stress energy away with each step.

As you move closer into the forest,

You feel your heart center open and tingle with energy.

You look down and see a quartz crystal in the center of your chest.

You think this is strange as it's not connected by a necklace.

It is a part of you.

As you focus on this,

You feel the energy of your heart center expanding.

You imagine brilliant,

Emerald green energy at your heart.

It expands to fill your aura.

You stand there and bathe in this energy and light.

You feel your feet touching the earth.

It grounds your energy and connects you with the forest.

You feel pressure and warmth at the soles of your feet as you connect to the energy of Mother Earth.

You continue to walk.

Time loses all meaning.

Sometimes you feel yourself walking.

Other times you glide over the earth.

The further you go into the forest,

The thicker and darker it gets.

You push past a low hanging branch and walk into a tunnel of trees.

You see a light at the end of the tunnel and walk towards the light.

Time seems to skip.

It is unclear if seconds or hours pass.

You come to an opening and walk out into the light.

A white light blinds you.

You put your arm over your eyes and as your vision clears,

You look up and suddenly you are in the middle of a clearing.

You look around and for a second you are completely disorientated for you are in the center of a circle of seven enormous trees.

The size of the trees are enormous.

They are the size of California redwoods.

As you look at the trees,

You can't seem to identify them.

They seem to shift and change.

You look around and you are completely dwarfed by these majestic giants.

You are totally overwhelmed by their size.

It feels like you are in a dream because the scale of the trees does not register with your concept of reality.

Your vision shifts and you see yourself from a bird's eye view.

From this aerial view,

You are slowly rotating in a circle.

Only now can you truly see the sheer size of these trees.

You are tiny in comparison.

You become aware of the connection with the earth.

It's almost if you have a dual awareness of looking down on your body and being in your body.

You feel the crystal at your heart center swell with energy.

You see your aura expands well past your body.

This energy grounds you and brings you back into your body.

Your energy merges with the crystal's energy.

The energy starts to travel down into the ground like white roots searching for nutrients.

This energy travels down deep within the earth.

You feel your awareness rushing down.

This energy is searching,

Trying to reconnect with its crystal family.

It finds them and anchors you to the earth.

Your awareness stops its stillness and silence.

You become grounded and protected like you have never felt before.

You have an urge to return to the surface.

You feel the wisdom of the crystals travelling back up as it goes through the earth.

It comes out of the ground and through your feet.

It energizes your body,

Mind and spirit as forgotten experiences over eons of time become a part of your consciousness again.

Back in your body you become aware of your breath.

Now slowly let your breath relax and become normal.

Put your awareness at your third eye.

Just watch your breath slowly coming in and out of your nose.

Do not try to change the breath in any way.

Just be aware of it.

If your mind wanders,

Gently bring it back to the awareness of your third eye and watching the breath gently coming in and out of your nose.

You will now sit here in this state of peace and relaxation for about 5 more minutes.
