When listening to this music, sitting or standing, move your body freely, expressing whatever emotion that arises within you. If you want, visualize a white light surrounding you. Imagine that it gradually fills your body, soothing and healing any tension or imbalance that might exist. Try to expand and intensify your movements as the music advances. At the very end, and some minutes after, just be still and observe your emotions and the sensations in your body.
