Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

So wherever you may be,

Find yourself a comfortable spot to sit or to lay down,

Whichever you prefer.

Once you have found your comfortable spot,

Take a moment to relax.

Notice how your body is feeling and what you are bringing into your meditation practice today.

There could be some tension coming up.

You don't need to change anything.

You don't need to fight anything.

All you need to do is let go.

And as you let go,

Allow your eyes to drift shut if they are not closed already.

And now,

As you find yourself in stillness,

Bring your attention inwards.

Notice your scalp.

And then bring that light of awareness gradually down your body.

Bring awareness to your face,

To your neck,

To your shoulders and chest.

And extend it down to your arms and fingertips.

And then continue to channel that light of awareness to your belly and hips.

And then allow it to travel further down your body,

To your legs and calves and finally your feet.

Notice your entire body.

And know that you don't need to do anything.

Purely by bringing your awareness to your body is enough.

Notice how by simply being aware,

Your body will naturally relax will naturally relax and return to a state of balance.

Notice how being aware requires no effort.

It is effortless to be aware.

You have nothing to do in this moment.

You are fully aware of your body.

You are fully aware of your breath.

Aware of your breath.

You are aware of the way the inhale raises your belly and chest.

And how the exhale causes your body to relax even further.

You are aware of the breath gently drifting in through your nostrils.

And passing into your lungs.

You are aware of the coolness of the breath as it gently trickles in through your nose.

As it gently trickles in through your nose.

And the slight warmth of your breath as it gradually leaves.

You are perfectly still.

You are perfectly relaxed.

There is nothing to do.

Being relaxed is easy.

It's effortless.

This is your natural state of being.

State of being.

Allow yourself to bask in this glorious present moment.

Allow your body to rest.

Allow your mind to rest.

There is nothing to do but be.

Be here.

Be now.

This is all there is.

This beautiful present moment you currently find yourself in.

Now,

Notice how your body is feeling in this moment compared to when you first sat down.

Do you see any changes?

Notice your mind.

Is your mind any more still now compared to when you first arrived in this meditation?

Connect with this sense of stillness.

Connect with this sense of calm,

Of ease,

Of effortlessness.

And create an anchor in your mind now and know that you can return to this state whenever you choose.

All you need to do is make a conscious choice to shift back into balance.

All you need is an intention.

Is an intention.

Know that you have the power to shift your reality.

You have the power to influence your future.

In more grand and profound ways than you may realize.

You hold immense power within you.

You hold immense light within you.

So go forth,

Step into your power and embrace your inner light.

When you are ready,

Bring yourself back to your immediate surroundings.

Feel in to your body.

Feel the ground beneath you.

And very slowly,

At your own pace,

Flutter open your eyes.

Thank yourself for coming to this meditation.

Thank yourself for giving yourself this gift.

You are beautiful.

You are loved.

And you are so much stronger than you think.

Namaste.
