Today's meditation is an ancient forgiveness practice known as ho'oponopono.
It is a nourishing practice of self-love.
I wish you a restorative meditation today.
Get yourself comfortable.
You can be seated or standing or laying down or at your meditation station.
Ultimately what really matters is that you are comfortable and that you can surrender in form.
This meditation is quite simple.
It has been named the ho'oponopono mantra or healing prayer.
The tradition of ho'oponopono is much more ancient and detailed than this.
And at the same time,
What we can do using four statements is nothing short of a miracle.
The key is that you actually feel the words and you allow yourself to move into the felt sense of what you are saying.
Close your eyes and settle into the back of your pelvis and your spine.
And allow for a few deep breaths to come and go.
And each of these breaths serve as an opportunity to connect with yourself and to cleanse.
And we begin.
With each repetition that we go through,
Bring yourself even deeper into the feeling state.

Now sit for a moment with all of your attention on the feeling state within yourself.
And give that feeling state your full presence.
Notice how by repeating the felt sense of each of these statements again and again,
Has transformed your inner world.
It's taught your nervous system and your endocrine system a pathway and a pattern for all four of these states,
Apologizing,
Asking for forgiveness,
Receiving gratitude,
And experiencing love.
By giving yourself the opportunity to go into and experience each of these four feeling states,
What you're doing is strengthening the pathway and the potential for you to experience any of these four states in any given moment.
