A certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and trained Fierce Self-Compassion teacher, she guides adults in practices that balance tenderness and strength. She is also the developer of the research-based Mindfulness and Self-Compassion for Children and Caregivers (MSC-CC) program and trains educators, parents, and therapists to share these tools with kids and teens. Alongside her compassion work, Jamie Lynn is a 500-hour yoga teacher and Level 1 yoga therapist trained in the Himalayan tradition, as well as a certified children’s yoga teacher. Her yoga classes weave together mindful movement, breath, self-compassion, and presence, offering a consistent pathway for students to return to balance week after week. Author of the award-winning Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Workbook for Kids, Jamie Lynn offers guided meditations, yoga, and compassion-based courses for adults, children, and teens. Through her work, she invites people of all ages to feel strong, loving, and balanced.
