My name is James Whitaker.
Today we're going to be meditating on verses in the Bible that talk about mindfulness.
Today's verse is So do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6 34.
Let's continue with some prayer.
Dear God,
Thank you for today and thank you for giving us this life.
May we move forward today while keeping our minds on you.
Please give us the strength to remain rooted in the present and not anxious about the future.
You hold our futures in your hands and we have no reason to worry.
May we move forward focusing on the here and the now.
In Jesus name.
Amen.
