We embrace the lightness and brightness that joy brings.

Fill every corner of our souls with the joy that transcends circumstances.

As we release heaviness and sorrow,

Make room for this uplifting fruit.

We invite tranquility into our beings.

May the calm steadiness that peace provides settle within us.

Cast out turmoil,

Allowing your peace to take root.

Grant us the strength to wait and endure.

Feel patience fill us.

As we release impatience and restlessness,

May your patience guide us.

Let us take in your warmth of kindness.

Imagine it spreading through us to others,

Letting go of any harshness or coldness,

Allowing kindness to soften our interactions.

We remember your goodness.

It guides our actions and thoughts.

Leave behind negativity and malice.

May your goodness shine through us.
