I am an independent researcher of self-awareness and the science of mindfulness.
I want to share with you the wisdom of why emotional suffering breakdowns our intelligence and cognition.
When we are emotionally stressed,
We incite and blame ourselves and others.
Until we solve the source of our emotional stress,
We may continue to suffer from it.
But when we are under emotional stress,
We do the exact opposite of it.
Instead of understanding and becoming aware of what causes the stress,
We collect memories of our emotional experiences and suffer even higher.
We become angry for what happened.
We blame ourselves for what we did.
As if these memories of emotional stress will help us in some way and as if it will last forever.
No,
We are completely wrong.
It is not the memories that we collect of our emotional sufferings that saves us.
It is the understanding and the awareness we gain to heal the emotion that saves us.
And if we continue to collect negative memories of our sufferings instead of awareness,
It will affect our cognition,
It will corrupt our intelligence.
Our emotional stress will crush the memories and break down our emotional balance.
We can't continue without solving this with awareness.
If we continue,
It will ignite our emotional burning and push us down into depression.
We are suffering because of our way of collecting memories from emotional stress.
Change the ways and we will heal.
The change is simple.
Instead of collecting memories from our suffering,
Try to collect understanding and awareness on how to heal yourself.
The next time you are emotionally stressed,
Don't keep it in your mind.
Learn from the experience.
Understand what can be done to save from this emotional trauma.
Become aware of it.
The awareness will save you from the trauma and depression.
Use the awareness when you face the same experience to heal yourself.
Don't go to the previous memory of suffering.
Go to your awareness and use that awareness as a healing to come out of that trauma.
That is what solves our suffering.
That is what will help you to come out of your depression.
This is the wisdom I understood in translating chapter 104 of the Quran.
I consider the Quran is the continuation of the spiritual wisdom of ancient Egypt.
I have found many similarities between the book of dead of ancient Egypt and the Quran.
In fact,
The real name of the ancient Egyptian would have called it would be the book of awakening or the book of coming forth to flow.
I am continuing my research and I will be publishing whenever I come across wisdom from any of the spiritual scriptures.
