We all are a vibration existing in the Universal Consciousness. if we know how to sync into the Mind of God or the divine matrix through bringing our vibrations of the body, mind and awarenenss. We can tap into the mind of God or the Universal Consciousness.

Hi and welcome to the practice.

Today we are going to practice how to feel the consciousness,

Our fundamental existence.

To feel our fundamental existence as consciousness,

Our body,

Mind,

Self-awareness has to be aligned and in coherence with our being.

Only when we are in coherence,

In sync with this rhythmic vibration of the fundamental existence,

We will be able to feel our consciousness in its utmost clarity.

Having the clarity in consciousness is having a very clear life.

We human beings,

Sometimes we are stuck in our physical dimension or sometimes we are stuck in our mental dimension,

But the whole human being has to exist in its purest and fundamental form to have a very deeper experience of our life.

When we are stuck only in the physical dimension,

We lack our intelligence.

When we are stuck only in the physical and the mental dimension,

We lack the feelings in our life.

That is why even though people have everything what they really want,

If our awareness dimension is not right,

We may not be able to feel things as it is.

If our mental dimension is not right,

We may have problems in our intelligence and understanding.

If our physical dimension is not right,

We may have problems in our health,

Physical health.

So if we align our whole being of physical,

Mental and awareness dimension with the fundamental being,

The consciousness,

Everything comes to a sync in a rhythmic vibration.

And to achieve this,

The ancient masters of consciousness,

They have developed various meditation,

Various contemplation techniques.

So today we are trying one method of connecting back to our formless higher dimension of consciousness.

And syncing our self awareness,

Our mind and body in the vibration of this fundamental existence of consciousness.

So let's begin the practice.

You can take a comfortable position.

You can sit or lay down and feel comfortable in the position.

In this practice,

We are trying to experience each dimension in its utmost clarity.

So we will start with the physical body.

So we experience our physical body through our sensations.

So let's explore each senses to experience the physical dimension in its utmost clarity.

Now you can close your eyes.

Now try to see with your eyes the blackness effortlessly.

You should be seeing the blackness without any effort and observe if there is any light coming through and make sure you are using your vision in its highest efficiency.

Now try to hear things,

The sounds,

The minutest sound that you can hear.

Try to bring your hearing into its most efficient.

Now the distance of the sound,

If you may hear any sound,

Try to analyze from how far it is.

Try to hear the silence.

If you can't hear any sound,

Is there a sound or is it fully silent?

Now try if there is any smell you can detect.

The smell of your room,

The smell of your body or the smell of anything around you.

You should enhance your ability to smell.

Now try to use your taste.

Taste your mouth.

Now try to feel the touchings through your skin.

If you are sitting how your skin touches the chair or if you are laying down how your back touches the ground,

How the air is feeling on your skin.

Now you have enhanced your whole senses.

Now you need to give your complete attention on to your whole sensation of your physical being.

Try to see,

Hear,

Smell,

Taste and feel the touching all together.

When you try to improve your sensation ability,

You may feel your physical dimension,

Physical body in greater depth.

Now let's go to our mental dimension.

Observe your thoughts.

If there is any thoughts,

Just let it go.

Don't attach on to it.

Just observe is there any urge to think.

If you have any urge to think,

Let it go.

Make sure your mind is stable.

You are not thinking,

You are not trying to understand,

You are not trying to be attentive to anything.

Just be in your mental form.

When you have seized your mind and been allowed to be stable and calm in it,

With your mental ability,

Just observe your physical dimension.

All sensations of your sight,

Hearing,

Smell and touch all have contributed to create your mental dimension.

Now observe with your mental conscious observation your existence in your physical and mental dimension.

Keeping your mind very stable without having any thought,

Trying to observe what you are feeling in your body,

In your physical dimension.

Try to feel your physical dimension,

Your head.

So to feel the physical dimension,

We already have the ability to scan our physical dimension with our feelings.

So try to ask your physical dimension,

Where do my head exist?

So you may feel a tingling feeling,

That is your physical dimension registering to your mental dimension through your awareness that your being exists in this space and this is your path.

So ask your physical dimension,

Where is my face?

So you should get a tingling sensation and ask where is the neck,

The shoulders,

The hands,

The back of the body,

The front part of the body,

Your thighs,

Your whole leg,

To the fingers.

Now you may be feeling a tingling sensation all around your body.

This tingling sensation is our awareness.

So now we have accessed our third dimension.

And now we should use our mental dimension to create the form of our awareness dimension.

So the whole tingling feeling,

When you ask yourself,

Where do I exist,

Is your energy body,

Is your body of your awareness.

So now when you try to feel the tingling sensation in its deepest form,

In the whole being,

In your physical,

In your mental and your awareness dimension,

You will feel a vibration.

Now try to bring your breath,

Your breathing in coherence with your physical dimension,

Your mental dimension and your awareness.

When our breathing is in sync with our heartbeat,

With our brain,

We are in coherence.

So try to sing your breathing with your heartbeat,

With your stability of your mind.

So now we are trying to breathe and observe in a wave form.

Initially it may feel like a difficult thing,

But you will gradually sing your breathing and your heartbeat because you have already enhanced your sensation,

You have already enhanced your mind,

You have already enhanced your feelings.

So now what we just need to do is just be with your entire dimensions and let it work in its most efficient form.

Let your body sense all your existence.

Let your mind be conscious of its thoughts,

Of its subconscious emotions and feelings.

Let you gather your energy body,

Your awareness and let it exist in your being.

Now in this rhythmic breathing,

Try to sense your heartbeat.

Continuing to in the rhythmic breathing and your heartbeat,

Try to feel your stable mind.

Now with this rhythmic breathing and your rhythmic heartbeat and with your stable mind,

Try to observe and feel your fundamental existence.

Now you are not doing anything,

But you are existing in its efficient form.

When your body,

Mind and awareness are in sync,

You can feel the existence of the formless consciousness,

Your fundamental being,

Your I in I am.

That consciousness is the entity which feels your feelings,

Which sees your thought,

Which senses your body.

So now without doing,

But just existing as the pure being,

Try to feel your vibration,

That rhythmic vibration that you are in existence.

Try to preserve and protect this vibration from any influence,

From thoughts,

From any sensation or any feeling.

Now you should exist as your fundamental being without doing anything.

When you get this flow of vibration,

The rhythmic vibration of your body,

Mind and awareness in sync,

That is your existence,

That is your fundamental form,

Your consciousness.

In this fundamental existence,

The I,

I am,

Closest with the infinite consciousness of the universe,

In this fundamental existence there is no difference between me and any other.

All are just a vibration existing in the fundamental existence as a being inside this infinite consciousness.

Now if we try to expand this consciousness,

We can become one and we can dissolve this feeling,

The individual feeling and be one with the universe.
