When we have clarity in self-awareness,
It improves cognition and sharpens the reasoning.
To achieve the utmost clarity with this practice,
We need to be secured and connected to the self.
Let's begin the practice.
You can meditate this practice with closed eyes or you can self-reflect with open eyes.
Let's take a rhythmic breath,
Just like waves in a calm ocean.
Inhale with awareness and exhale with awareness.
Continue this rhythmic breathing throughout the practice.
Let's ground our self by observing our physical presence.
Ask our self,
Where do I exist in this vast space?
Try to feel our physical presence.
Now you may have a tingling sensation around your body.
Feel it in all around your physical form.
Now you have registered your physical form in the present moment.
Now on to your physical form.
Bring your mind and align with it.
Feel the form of your mind anchored and aligned in the physical form.
Now the mind is anchored,
Let it be secure there.
Enrich it with calmness.
Now try to feel the presence of awareness on it,
An aura of energy around your physical and mental form.
Feel the awareness covering the whole being.
Scan it slowly from the back of the head,
The awareness coming and touching all your hairs and upper part of your head and coming to the forehead.
Allow the pure awareness to flow to your face.
Wherever the awareness flows,
Relax and release any stress if you have.
Allow the awareness to the face,
To the neck,
To the chest and back of the chest,
Both hands,
The tip of the fingers,
Your stomach,
Back of the stomach,
The area touching the ground,
The front of it,
Both your thighs,
Both the legs,
The fingers of the leg and the whole body.
Now feel your existence as a complete being,
The union of awareness,
Mind and body.
Now be mindful of your being.
Try to preserve this beingness from any influences.
Now witness the existence of your whole being as pure awareness and energy.
If the mind is drifting,
Bring it back to the physical form and anchor and align it.
Now tell your whole being,
Witnessing the physical body,
The form of the mind and form of the awareness,
In alignment,
In union.
This whole being is the consciousness.
This is the consciousness for everyone.
All are connected.
This is the source of everything,
The source of love,
Compassion,
Kindness.
It is the pure awareness.
It does not make any form.
It is not produced by any forms.
It is pure awareness,
A formless energy.
What exists to this consciousness an equivalent of anyone or anything?
This is the source and this is the end.
Now I witness that there are no conscious beings in me other than the consciousness.
