Buoyant breath with me.
And let it go as you soften and receive.

Our little time goes a long way.

When it is safe to,

There is energy in my emotions and the expression is what fuels me.

I can choose this energy of momentum and magic.
I can choose where I step to and where I pull back.
I can choose to be ready.
I no longer wait until I feel ready.

Very small things.
I am safe within myself,
To hear,
To listen,
To feel.
Because feeling is healing.
I choose my energy,
The energy of emotion,
Therefore expression.
And I expand with this energy of expression and I empower myself through this process.
I am here to hear myself.
I can slow down,
Even if just for a moment,
And nourish the energy of what is here right now for me.
And whatever that is,
Without judgment,
I am here for it because it is here.
I am here for whatever is alive in this moment and I nourish myself within that space,
Within that knowing.
I am here to hear.
I am here to feel and to let these feelings flow again,
Even if just for a moment.
I am here in service of myself.
I can do this.
I can feel because it is healing and I embrace the energy through these emotions because they are what allow me to feel alive,
No matter the emotion.
Feeling is healing.
I can do this.
I can slow.
I can be with myself for just this time and I embrace it.
I embrace all that I am and I do this regularly.
I come back here when I need it.

These moments of time with you are so freaking precious,
Even though it can feel as though it is unsafe,
It isn't.
You have the tools within you to sit with yourself for a moment,
To hear,
To listen,
To feel.
And when you think to yourself,
I don't want to open that up,
What if I can't stop?
I know you know how to stop.
We've been trained for that this whole lifetime.
Allow yourself these moments to feel and express,
To feel the emotions.
None,
None are bad.
You can do this.
None are bad.
All feelings are healing and allowing yourself to do that is magic.
