And when you're ready just closing down your eyes.

Becoming aware of yourself.

Become aware of the seat,

The shape your body makes.

And no matter how you've chosen to sit or listen,

Become aware of the earth underneath you.

An incredible foundation and stability that that provides.

Feel into that for a moment.

Honouring the foundation and the stability that the earth provides us.

In whatever shape you've chosen as you take a breath in here find a subtle effortless reach up through the spine.

And as you exhale maybe find a little more softness from the ears to the shoulders.

Let the arms sink a little more.

Become aware of your natural breath as it is now.

Your natural breath in this present moment.

Gently start to deepen their breath.

Just noticing as you do that.

As you deepen,

Slow,

Soften the breath,

How does that feel?

What changes?

And we take minutes and moments to simply drop into our breath,

Become present in this very moment,

This precious moment where we are right now.

And whether you're alive or whether you're listening to this later,

We are here together.

Surrounded with pure love and honest intention.

Feel into the breath.

And as you allow the breath to deepen,

Feel the soothing swell coming from inside the body.

Unbodying breath.

If the mind is busy,

Begin to follow the breath all the way in from the nostrils right down to the base of the body and back.

Bring your focus to one area that you can feel that swell that expand and contract in the body.

And the mind may wander,

Come back to the breath.

How does it flow?

And where does it go?

How does it feel?

And what space can you create?

Enjoy your breath.

And as you continue to enjoy the breath,

There's nothing you need to do.

I'll introduce our mantra for this week.

Ananda Hum.

Ananda Hum.

Ananda Hum.

If you feel so called to,

You can repeat this in your mind.

Ananda Hum translated a few ways,

But here I am bliss.

And if you can continue to with presence of breath with this beautiful soothing swell within the body,

This presence.

Repeat to yourself in your mind Ananda Hum.

When I gladden my heart,

I awaken the energy of gratitude.

The energy uplifts and expands me.

By opening my heart,

I can feel gratitude deeply.

Gratitude shifts the moment by shifting me.

Nothing around me changes.

I change.

True gratitude comes from knowing that you belong in the infinite dance of life.

Ananda Hum.

Ananda Hum.

Ananda Hum.

Presence and breath.

And the repeat of the mantra.

And each and every day you can choose to stay here as long as you like.

To breathe and to simply be.

And hopefully you start to find and to feel this energy of gratitude within the body.

Ananda Hum.

I am bliss.

When you come to the end of your time,

Simply allow the mantra to float away.

Come back to the body.

Let the breath return to natural,

Spontaneous.

Become aware of your surroundings.

And take a moment of gratitude for yourself and the time that you take in this practice each and every day if you can.

We keep it simple.

I send great love and I will be in touch with you very soon.

Have a magical day and I love you.

Peace.
