Take a slow breath in.

Into a space that allows softening to occur.

You are recalibrating to the frequency of grounding.
Anxiety and overwhelm is natural.
When attention is constantly pulled outward.
Thoughts about the future.
Worries about what might happen.
Mental noise pulling your awareness away from this generous present moment.
But your body only exists in one place.
The truth only exists in one place.
Right here.
Right now.
And when your awareness returns to the one moment,
Your nervous system begins to stabilize.
Take a deep breath in.
A deep breath out.
You are always connected to the earth.
And the earth is always stable.
Holding you.
Supporting you.
Knowing that you are completely safe to slow down here and now.
Now imagine your energy.
The one that is scattered outside of you.
Gently returning back to you.
Your attention has been pulled to many places.
And with that,
Your energy follows.
With the next five breaths.
This energy comes home to you.
Back into your body.
Inhale.
Back into the present moment.
Inhale.
Back into stillness.
Allow yourself the permission.
To be overflowed with energy.
This energy is settling downward.
Starting from the crown of the head where it enters top of the head flowing down.
Down down.
Settling your being.
It extends outwards.
How to the bottom of your feet out of your legs connecting deep into the core of the earth.
The strong Study.
Supportive energy.
Allows you to fully trust this moment.
To fully let go.
Everything.
And anything.
That is burdening you Breathing in.
You anchor into stability.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
You anchor into presence.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
You anchor into calm.
Exhale.
Now you plant a seed for your day.
I move through my day with calm presence.
Do you feel this state?
This quiet strength.
The feeling of someone who is completely centered.
Balanced rooted in presence.
Now simply allow yourself to rest here.
To remember this calm presence.
That is your natural state.
