This is an opportunity for you to connect to the natural state of happiness that is already within you.
Happiness is a choice and we are choosing to tune into it today.
So let's close our eyes and begin.

Inhale slowly and exhale completely.
Relax.
Let the body soften and allow yourself to simply be here now.
One more breath to bring you into this present moment.
Inhale in,
Exhale to sigh and let it all go.
You have arrived.
Happiness is not created by external things.
Happiness is cultivated by the state your body is living in and operating from.
When the body feels safe,
Open,
Regulated,
Happiness naturally arises within you.
But when the body is in stress or survival,
That simply becomes harder to access.
So this isn't about forcing happiness.
It's about creating the conditions,
Allowing you to return back into your natural state where happiness feels like safety.
Where happiness is naturally within you.
Bringing your awareness to your breath.
Noticing it's slow,
Steady,
Natural rhythm.
Observe where you are holding tension in your body.
And with each exhale,
Feel your body softening and letting go.
Opening.
Slowly,
It shifts into a space of safety,
Of surrender.
Guiding awareness to the heart.
And take a slow breath in.
And create the sensation that the space in your heart is becoming warm,
Warm,
Light.
And begin to notice how it feels to simply just be here now.
In all of your contentment of this moment.
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to do except exist here in complete simplicity.
In this moment,
This pure,
Innocent existence is where happiness begins.
Now gently ask yourself,
What would it feel like to allow myself to feel happier in this moment?
Not euphoric,
Just a little bit more joyful.
And this isn't because of anything outside of you.
This is simply you allowing yourself to feel a little deeper.
To program yourself to need nothing outside of you,
To feel happy.
Happiness is just as you are.
So again,
What would it feel like for you to feel happier in this moment?
And just let that happiness grow.
If someone were to ask you,
Why are you happy right now?
You would respond,
Because I am.
You do not need a reason to feel happy.
Let the corners of your mouth turn upwards and bring about a smile for simply existing.
Feel the softness in your body,
The openness in your chest,
The lightness in your energy when you choose to simply acknowledge that you can be happy here and now.
Allow yourself this permission by softly saying,
I allow myself to feel good.
Happiness is an internal state of being that I choose to live in right here,
Right now.
Happiness is safe for me to feel.
Taking a deep breath in,
Exhale.
Breathe into happiness,
Exhale.
Feel,
Just feel that joy sitting in your chest.
And imagine it moving through your body,
Uplifting every cell.
And your smile becomes a little bit brighter,
Because this happiness is like the sun's rays.
It's warm.
It softens every part of you.
And in this state of happiness,
Allow yourself to float and breathe in this happiness,
This joy.
And let it expand.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale it out.
And just notice how your perception begins to shift.
All because you allowed happiness in.
You recognize how much joy you have in your life in the form of love.
You recognize just how much gratitude you have for simply existing and being able to feel.
When you remember this state of happiness within you,
Things feel a little easier and less serious.
Life softens.
Your heart expands.
This is your natural state.
Taking a slow breath in,
Exhale.
This is a choice,
Can't you see?
Happiness is a choice within you.
To return back into the space,
To need nothing outside of you,
To allow you to feel this happiness that's always been within you.
It is a choice.
You can choose happiness,
Joy,
Love,
Love,
And every moment allowing your days to become easier,
More filled with happiness,
With love.

Happiness is becoming your new pattern.
