Sometimes all we need is a moment to slow down long enough.
To feel it.
So I invite you to take eight guided breaths together.
And with every breath,
You'll soften a little more.
Release a little more.
And return to yourself a little more.
Here we go.
Take your first slow inhale through the nose.
And exhale gently through the mouth.
Breath one,
Breathing in present.
And breathing out the outside world.
Letting the noise begin to fade.
Breath to.
Breathing in.
Safety.
And breathing out tension.
Allowing your jaw to soften and your shoulders to relax.
Attention fades away.
Breath three,
Breathing in.
Calm.
Breathing out,
Overthinking.
There is nothing to solve.
There's nothing to do.
Allow the mind to soften itself.
Breath for.
Breathing in softness.
And breathing out pressure.
There is no one else I want you to be.
Just here.
Existing.
Breath 5.
Breathing in.
Peace.
Breathing out,
Stress.
Allowing your nervous system.
Your body.
To signal that it's okay and safe.
To slow down.
To let go.
You are safe.
Breath six.
Breathing in.
Trust.
And breathing out control.
You can let go.
Release the need to know the outcomes,
To control the outcomes.
Surrender your worry,
Your stress.
And let the divine walk you hand in hand.
Step by step.
Breath by breath.
Breath seven,
Breathing in.
Stillness.
Breathing out.
Emotional heaviness.
Imagine your body becoming lighter.
Feeling it almost floats.
And in this lightness.
Becomes more spacious.
More open.
As you surrender all of this density you've been holding onto.
You give it up?
You are done.
You don't need to carry this anymore.
Surrender it and allow yourself to float here.
Becoming lighter.
Lighter.
Breath 8.
Breathing in.
Love.
Breathing out.
Fear It's a shame you don't know how loved you are.
You are born from love,
Of love.
Bathed in love in every breath you take.
You are fully supported in every moment.
Fear is an invitation.
A window into growth,
Expansion.
This fear is inviting you.
To trust in yourself.
To trust in your past.
To summon your courage.
Your strength.
You are fully supported.
You are so loved.
Allow yourself to exist in this love.
Allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Noticing how you feel.
Noticing the space within you now.
Returning to this eight-breath sequence.
Over and over.
When you need to be reminded.
That you are loved,
You are held,
You are supported.
That peace is not something you chase,
It is something within you,
You remember.
It was never missing.
You just need a moment to remember,
To feel it.
