Let's settle into this practice.
Take a deep breath in,
Fill up those lungs,
And as you sigh out,
Breathe the day away.
Just let it go.
This meditation is designed to bring your heart and brain into coherence.
One signal,
Working together in harmony,
Upgrading your frequency,
Removing all static so you can feel clear.
And tapped into your heart.
So for the next few moments.
Simply breathe.
Feel.
And be here with me now.
Let's begin.
Take a slow inhale through the nose.
Breathe it all in.
And gently exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Breathing in deeply,
This time expand into the belly.
Feel that belly lift.
And then let everything soften on the exhale.
Your breath will settle into a slow,
Natural rhythm.
The mind is going to speak.
It's okay.
Bring it back.
As we draw our awareness inwards towards self.
Away from the outside world,
Away from the noise.
Away from the mental chatter.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Draw your awareness to your body.
As you lay here,
Feel,
Notice your breath moving.
Your chest rising.
The belly falling.
Let your awareness exist inside every inch of your being here and now.
Feeling all of the subtle sensations within you.
The temperature of your body.
Noticing where you're still holding tension.
And letting it go,
Soften.
Become fully immersed in your body.
All of the subtle inner workings of everything happening.
As if you can zoom in on these processes.
We just become unconscious to.
Like the heartbeat.
Every beat is moving blood.
Moving nutrients.
Like a beautiful flowing river and ocean.
The tides are carrying life force.
Energy.
With this breath,
You recognize this divine intelligence running through you.
The subtle inner workings of you.
Now begin to notice your heart space.
A space within.
Let your awareness sit here in this space of your heart.
Deep within your chest.
As you breathe,
Draw your energy.
Into the heart.
By simply putting your presence on it.
And breathing into the space.
Every breath in,
Your heart expands,
The chest lifts.
Every breath out,
Your awareness gets deeper.
And deeper into the space.
Calling the mind back.
The awareness back into the heart.
Breathe through it.
And as you continue to breathe through this heart space.
You begin matching the frequency of gratitude.
You begin activating the feeling.
Of gratitude.
First you think about it.
What does that word mean to you?
And then you feel it.
Feel that energetic charge within your body.
Lighting you up,
Filling you with gratitude.
And maybe it's subtle.
Maybe it's intense.
Either way,
Sink into the feeling of gratitude.
What does it feel like?
To be grateful for this life.
To be grateful for your breath.
To be grateful for someone that you love.
To be grateful.
For your own body here and now.
The ability to breathe life in.
And out.
Sink into this gratitude.
Let it fill you.
Maybe you draw upon a memory.
Or remember a moment in nature.
That subtle energy in your body.
Is the frequency of gratitude.
The longer you sit in this feeling.
The more coherent your heart.
And brain become one.
And you send a signal.
So clear out into the universe.
That you are operating at the highest frequency.
Ready to receive more in your life.
More love.
More opportunity.
More joy.
More laughter,
More play.
This is the most electric.
Magnetic.
Version of yourself.
Right here,
Filled with gratitude,
With love,
With joy.
Continue breathing through the heart.
And with every breath.
Allow the feeling of love,
Of gratitude.
Expand through your entire being.
There's nothing to do.
No one to become.
Just existing here.
Within this field of gratitude.
For simply being.
And walking this earth.
