You can do this visualization for your third eye chakra in any position as long as you're comfortable and your body is able to completely relax.
Begin by focusing on your feet chakras on the balls of your feet and imagining them opening wide and as they open the earth energy flows in through your feet into your body and as she flows up into your body imagine that you're growing a root system from your feet there's a great big taproot going deeply down into the earth and as it goes deep roots grow off that taproot spreading out in all directions and the flow of the earth energy up through that root system is unimpeded as it goes up through the feet chakras and into your body flowing fully connected.
Then take a deep breath in fill your lungs hold that breath and when you breathe out empty your mind.
Take a second breath in fill your whole body take that breath right to your fingertips right to your toes and when you breathe out breathe out down through that root system empty your body and then breathe up through that root system all that gorgeous earth energy bring it through your body and then breathe it out through your third eye emptying your third eye making yourself an empty vessel ready to fill yourself with wisdom with your knowing with your insight.
Now invite your business entity to join you in this space see it come in it can show up however it chooses to show up for you today in whatever form it wants it comes in it's right in front of you see it grounded its energy body is also empty as though it's just had a big out breath empty of fear empty of memories and beliefs that stop it accessing its wisdom and its insight it has a root system just like yours anchoring it in deeply very connected with the earth and the earth energy is flowing through it.
In your third eye and your business's third eye there's a ball of indigo light it's swirling around it's like a globe swirling around radiating this indigo light out in all directions then suddenly this ball of light shoots the energy of the indigo into your third eye and into your business's third eye at the same time.
Focus on your brow feel this energy it's like a really strong laser coming into your third eye reminding you of your intuition of your insight of your innate wisdom.
Just allow this energy to penetrate it's doing the same thing to your business and as you feel this energy in your third eye allow yourself to begin to dream let the vibration of this light show you the bigger picture of your life.
You not only see it but you feel it you feel the biggest dream that you have for this life here on earth.
Play with this create just take a moment to imagine your wildest dream for your life a dream where there is no limitation.
And then imagine momentarily the third eye of you and the third eye of your business merge.
Watch this indigo light glowing from the merged third eyes of you and your business merging the dream for your business with your biggest dream.
Your business could become anything.
So what would that look like?
What would that feel like?
What is the business of your dreams?
Why are you in this business?
What's the dream you have for it?
Make sure it's on the same page as you.
This is your opportunity to bring that biggest vision together for you and your business.
So just take a moment to vision the business of your dreams.
How are you feeling?
What sensations are in your body as you have this vision?
What emotions do you feel?
Feel this dream and know that as you're creating it through your imagination through your thoughts this dream is also being held in the energy body of your business.
And then ask your business is there anything else it wants to add to this dream?
Empty your mind and see what comes to you.
Now just allow yourself to feel the third eye separating again so you're going back into your own form.
Your business is going back into its form.
Now we're going to move away from the energy of the Eagle surveying the landscape surveying the bigger vision and we're going to pull down into the landscape.
So you can do that by focusing on the earth energy that's coming up through the root system and into your body and it moves up into your third eye and as it does that it pulls you back down.
It's pulling you down into the detail.
It's grounding you.
It's bringing you down into a denser energy and this denser energy is the energy of detail as opposed to the energy of the big vision.
This is the energy of the practical goals that you'll take for your life and for your business to bring you to those dreams.
And as you come back down and ground as you feel that earth energy come up through your feet chakras mingling in your third eye with the visionary light.
Ask yourself what is the next step I must take to bring me closer to this dream and allow the energy of the earth to help you hear the next step.
When you have some clarity on that step share it with your business.
Feel your business and then see what response your business gives you.
And now you have that action step created from the big vision.
Now you can go out and manifest that and create it in the physical world.
This is such an important part of your goals and how you adapt to your goals of how you bring them into being.
This is how you make your vision happen by visioning and then coming back down into the reality and deciding on the steps.
Now that action you have decided to take I want you to feel that in your body.
Your body is your somatic voice.
It's the voice of your intuition expressing itself through your physical body.
So how does it feel in your body when you think of taking that action?
Is there relief?
Is there excitement?
Is there a heaviness or a tightness somewhere?
Learn to use the voice of your intuition through your body to help inform your decisions.
When you find yourself mentally creating a solution drop down in your body to feel the answers.
This is how you can bring balance to the mind and the intuition,

Now bring your focus back to your third eye once again.
Imagine that indigo energy pouring into your third eye.
Your third eye is much more activated now.
Bringing up the earth energy at the same time,
Feeling the earth and the indigo light merging in the third eye,
Bringing balance.
Balance to the inner seeing and the inner knowing.
Balance between the physical earth energies and the higher vibrational energies of the upper chakras.
The same process is happening in your business.
It's the yin and yang of the third eye energy.
And then slowly allow the indigo light to fade.
Spend a moment staying focused on your third eye.
And then bring your focus back to the earth energy,
Taking you back into your physicality.
As that earth energy moves up into your body,
Wriggle your fingers,
Wriggle your toes,
Start to slowly move your physical body.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and rejoin the physical world.
