Inhale for four seconds,
Filling your lungs with nourishing air.
Hold for four seconds,
Embracing the stillness within.
Exhale for four seconds,
Releasing any tension or stress.
And finally hold for four seconds,
Enjoying the peaceful pause.
Inhale two,

Four.
Hold two,

Four.
Exhale two,

Continue this pattern at your own pace,
Allowing each breath to bring you deeper into a state of calm awareness.
As you breathe,
Imagine a box forming in your mind,
Each side representing a different phase of your breath.
Inhale,
Drawing the first side of the box.
Hold,
Completing the top side.
Exhale,
Forming the third side.
Hold,
Completing the box.
Feel the rhythm of your breath aligning with the edges of this imaginary box.
As you continue,
Notice the sensation of each breath,
The rise and fall of your chest,
The calming rhythm taking over.

Exhale two,

Four.

You're in complete control of this breath cycle,
Finding peace in the simplicity of each inhale.
