In this motivational meditation, you'll get an opportunity to look into your own internal movie theater to first bring awareness to what's happening inside while noticing your thoughts. Then, after giving those thoughts some acknowledgment, you'll be able to question their validity to empower you to be the driver-not the passanger-of your life. I can't wait to grow together during this meditation.

Hello friend,

It's Jax and welcome to this meditation on noticing your thoughts and deepening your inner awareness You can do this lying down or in a comfortable position seated on the floor a chair or the couch I want you to find a space where you can be comfortable and supported in your body Because this is a space where you are welcomed However,

You're feeling right now During our time together we're gonna sit with the thoughts that are going on in your head together I'm here as your support so you don't have to do this alone But make no mistake.

You're gonna be the one doing the work You're the one who clicked on this meditation and is taking the time to reflect Observe and bring awareness into your inner world and I'm so proud and happy That you've given yourself this gift Your time and awareness that's the gift you're giving yourself today And this is your space to be seen and heard Take a deep breath in And a deep breath out Relax your jaw Relax your jaw Unhinge the teeth,

Separate the lips Soften the eyes Soften the space in between the ears Feel the shoulders melting down the back of the body Deflate the stomach and allow the legs to be soft Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out Now I want you to imagine that you're going to your own internal movie theater Is that popcorn I smell?

And the thoughts that are happening in your mind right now are going to show up on the screen So go ahead take a seat get comfortable And take these next couple of deep breaths in silence to watch the movie play out The movie of your internal thoughts happening on the screen And now that you've taken this moment to bring an awareness to the movie playing out in your mind I want you to ask yourself are my thoughts empowering me?

Are my thoughts empowering me?

Or am I giving my power away to my thoughts?

Am I giving my power away to my thoughts?

Take this moment to pause,

To slow down and take this time to go into your own internal movie theater And watch the movie in silence Take this moment to pause,

To slow down and take this time to go into your own internal movie theater In silence And take this time to observe And give that internal movie,

Give those thoughts,

Give them attention,

Notice them That's all they want in this moment.

They just want to be noticed,

Acknowledged and given attention Because your thoughts,

Your thoughts are your current movie and just like a movie,

Just like your thoughts It has a beginning,

A middle and an end.

So notice those thoughts from the beginning to the end Don't pause the movie,

Don't leave the movie,

Give it your full attention And this full attention is coming from a place of non-judgmental awareness We're just watching the movie and trust,

Watch,

Listen Trust that by giving your awareness to the thoughts,

You're taking time to decide what is true What is true in this moment and are these thoughts even your own or are they programming?

Give yourself permission to catch yourself in a thought cycle,

Knowing every first thought doesn't need a second thought And are you able to catch yourself in a thought cycle,

Not identify with it?

Can you catch yourself?

Notice,

Exercise your awareness and then let that thought pattern go and not get caught in it It's time now to take back your power,

To exercise your awareness and give yourself that time,

Love and attention So that you can let it go and continue on into this moment because that's all we have,

Is this moment A mindset is not fixed,

It's fluid,

It's adaptable,

It's ever-changing,

So exercise your awareness to discover that ever-changing,

Fluid,

Present moment Let yourself graduate from old thought patterns and allow yourself to reframe the narrative You are the director,

The observer,

The creator and step into those roles with confidence Knowing that you have the ability to morph and change,

You do have the ability to refocus,

Recenter and reframe whatever narrative you desire to choose And by giving yourself this time to really just notice your thoughts and to give them that awareness,

You start to come to the end of that thought So that when a new thought comes in,

You're deciding what it's going to be So listen,

Watch,

Trust and know that you can commit to becoming the driver rather than the passenger of your life We'll take one last deep breath together to bring you into this moment,

Into this new narrative,

Into a new thought cycle,

One that really empowers you You deserve to be empowered Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out Friend,

You got this,

Know that change takes time And just because we might not see something happening doesn't mean that it's not happening,

It is happening You took the time today to give yourself time,

Love and attention and I'm so grateful that you did I'm sending you so much love and joy and compassion for yourself I'll see you next time friend,
