Explore MeditationWith over a decade's experience in workplace management, I uncovered a passion for creating environments that allowed people to thrive authentically in their work and in life. This led me down a path of providing wellbeing opportunities in the workplace as the global pandemic in 2020 reshaped our lives both at home and work. I founded the wellbeing community at the company I worked for almost a decade, offering resources and foster conversations around mental health and wellbeing. This was when honed my coaching and meditation skills taking part in peer-coaching initiatives, as well as creating meditation sessions for my colleagues. On a personal level, I experienced the healing power of meditation while working through my grief from infant loss in 2016. Through various transformative coaching sessions I began to feel a calling to combine coaching with meditation for a deeper coaching experience allowing clients connect with their authentic selves, uncover their power, and create the life that their hearts desire.
