Welcome Insight Family.
I invite you to shake with me.
This can be done in the morning,
The afternoon or the evening.
When you're feeling pent up or where you're feeling like you just need to shake things off.
You can use a chair if you like,
Or you can use a wall.
Or.
.
.
Just,
Just so.
Standing up for me.
And let's begin with our arms,
Shaking our hands.
Moving that shake up.
To the rest of the forearms,
To the upper arms and to the shoulders.
Give it a good shake.
Imagine something stuck on you and you're flicking it off,
Shaking it off,
Shaking it off,
Shaking it off.
All the expectations,
All the judgments,
Shake it off.
And then pause,
Take a deep breath in.
Breathing out,
Feel into your body.
You might be feeling tingling already.
And then you're going to focus on your right arm.
Shaking just the right arm.
So your right side is your relationship to the outside world.
Baggage that you carry that's not even yours.
Shaking it off.
That whole right arm,
Give it a good shake.
And then release.
Feel into that.
That arm might feel a little bit longer.
And then moving to the left arm,
Give the left arm a good shake.
Your left side is your relationship to yourself,
So your expectations,
Your judgements on yourself.
The things that you put on yourself,
Give it a good shake.
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go.
Flick it off.
And then pause,
Big breath in.
Breathing out.
And then we're going to move to our legs.
You can feel free to use a chair.
Shift your weight,
Doesn't matter right or left.
Give it a good shake.
Yeah,
You're shaking it all the way down to your toes.
Move it from the hips so it's not just like this.
The whole leg.
Give it a good shake.
Big breaths in.
And out.
And then pause,
And then just feel into that,
That leg might feel a little bit longer.
And then shift your weight.
So again,
With or without a chair or a wall,
Shift your weight and then shake the other leg.
All the way from the hip.
So again,
Not just the toes,
Not just the knee,
But the whole leg.
Give it a good shake.
Whatever the arms are doing,
Let them move.
It's just energy moving through.
Give it a good big breath in.
Don't forget to breathe,
Yeah?
Breathing out.
And then release.
Feel into that now.
It might be a shift in energy already.
Now from here.
.
.
I'm going to put the chair away.
Shake from your hips.
So move the hip.
Move the hips side to side.
Soft knees,
Soft ankles.
Let that move up the spine,
Into the shoulders.
If you like,
You can let the head go,
Give it a shake here.
Feel where you may be resistant to shaking.
And send that area love.
Give it a good shake.
Big breath in.
And out.
And then pause.
Feel into this now.
Now from here,
Again you can use a wall or a chair.
This time we're not going to use one.
Soft knees,
Soft ankles,
Soft hips.
Imagine you're on a bouncy bus.
The heels are just moving up and down.
Just a little bit,
Not a lot.
Let everything else flop out.
And keep breathing.
Imagine you're literally shaking it all the way out into Mother Earth.
Let Mother Earth.
.
.
Receive it.
And she'll be able to transmit it for you.
Shake it off,
Shake it off,
Shake it off.
Floppy arms.
From your armpits.
And again,
Big breath in.
If you sort of move forward to back it's okay.
Breathing out.
And then pause.
Feel into that now.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
And then the last shake,
It doesn't have to be in any order,
Any sequence.
You can shake your head,
Shake your shoulders,
Shake your hips,
Shake your arms,
Shake your legs,
Maybe all of it.
Just keep going.
Let it go.
If you fall over,
It's okay.
And then pause,
Deep breath in.
Exhale out.
Feel into your body now.
Feel free to do this as many times as you like.
Feel free to do this with music.
Morning,
Noon,
Or night,
Or as many times as you like,
Till you feel like a little bit lighter.
Remember to breathe.
Much love.
Thank you for spending time with me.
Looking forward to sharing.
Some more.
