Let's start this releasing meditation by getting grounded so you can allow your body to find its settled place wherever it is that you are.
If you feel your feet flat on the floor,
Or if you're laying down,
Feel your back against the surface.
Just close your eyes gently.
Allow any tension to dissolve.
Let your limbs rest gently.
And for now,
Just connect your attention to your breath as it becomes a little bit more settled in this moment.
The more you allow the body to rest and relax,
The more the mind has space to follow suit.
And in the next series of moments,
You're going to do the really worthwhile and courageous work to release hurt and embark upon a life that lives from heart.
And it can be really hard to overcome the grip of old patterns,
Lovers,
And relationships that no longer serve you.
But you can right now start to embody the magic of what it is to alchemize hurt so that you can uncover the true purity of your heart.
And so if you notice any tension in your body right now,
Maybe carrying anywhere any notable sensation that feels tight or heavy or hollow or anything unpleasant in the body,
Just give yourself a chance to breathe into that area with a slow,
Deep and deliberate breath.
So you can focus your mind's attention on the area that feels tense and then take a nice,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release slowly out through the mouth.
And keep doing that with awareness to allow any remnants of any stress or fear or worry or obsession that you may still be carrying.
We're going to give those things a chance to melt away.
And if there is no notable area of tension that you want to specifically focus on in this moment,
Just breathe deeply into your heart center.
And anytime the mind gets lost in its chatter or its stories or its fears,
Just notice it gently.
In that very moment of noticing your cultivating consciousness and awareness and then bring it back to the breath.
And now repeat gently after me in your mind,
In your heart,
The following.
I compassionately release that which does not serve my highest good.
I allow myself to let go of my ego's need to grasp.
I dance fluidly with the world.
I let my path unfold with grace and faith.
Divine love is my birthright and there is nothing in the way of it.
I release all connections that have served their purpose and I offer gratitude for their sacred lessons.
The time has come for me to release and arise renewed.
I join in perfect synchronistic energy with divine timing.
I welcome and receive connections that support my heart and contribute to my evolution.
I welcome the natural progression of love.
I am on the sacred path of releasing old energy,
Traumas and pains.
I welcome in love that uplifts my spirit and aligns with my soul.
I release all fears,
Doubts and limiting ideas.
I release all worry.
I trust the path for each of our highest goods.
I trust myself and I let go of outdated frequencies and stories.
I choose to expand in love.
I graciously let go of anything,
Person,
Relationship or belief keeping me stuck,
Small and scared.
It is only in opposition to the natural unfolding of my experiences that I struggle to see its beauty.
And so I love myself consciously and tenderly and I release my doubts.
I welcome the preciousness of love into my heart with full embodied embrace.
I am on the right path.
I have grown so much and may I continue to evolve in love,
In life and in relationship to my highest self.
I am connected to the right places at the right time with the right energy.
I release all blocks and barriers and allow myself to rise.
I am truly love embodied.
And when you're ready,
When you've let these mantras of release land and settle a bit deep,
Deep within your being,
You can start to wiggle your toes and your fingers,
Sort of come back online into your body.
Just let yourself be with this experience until the music ends.
And then you can open your eyes gently and embrace the world with this release,
New fresh eyes,
Open wide heart and excitement that comes from being fully embodied in love.
And thank you for letting me guide you on this beautiful journey.
