In this 7-part course, I’ll share the Stoic tools that have made the biggest difference for me—simple, powerful practices you can start using right away. From intentional journaling and gratitude to shifting perspective, facing challenges with strength, and letting go of what you can’t control, each session offers something concrete you can take into your day. Whether you’re new to Stoicism or looking to reduce stress more generally, this is an accessible way to explore ancient wisdom that’s very applicable to modern life and proven to help reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. These practices have helped me stay more centered, less reactive, and better able to handle the ups and downs of everyday life. I hope you can feel this way after putting some of these tools into practice.
This course is offered by a holistic coach with more than twelve years of meditation practice and a strong grounding in practical Stoic philosophy. "Zoom out. See the whole. See clearly." Discover the Stoic art of gaining perspective—making a pause to see your life through a wider lens and looking at it from another angle. This tool helps reduce overwhelm, reframe problems, and increase empathy.

Gratitude As A Daily Discipline
"Don’t just feel grateful. Practice it." Gratitude isn't just a feeling—it’s a practice. Learn how the Stoics used gratitude to strengthen resilience and shift focus from what’s lacking to what’s present and abundant. The Stoic gratitude habit is one of the simplest and most powerful things to start doing today.

Don’t Take Life For Granted
"When you remember death, you remember to live." Far from being morbid, the Stoic reflection on mortality helps clarify priorities and fuels presence and purpose. In this session, you'll learn how to use this approach as a tool for courage, urgency, and appreciation.

"Control what you can. Let go of the rest." At the heart of Stoicism lies one of its most liberating ideas: distinguish what’s within your control from what isn’t. This session shows how applying this principle can reduce anxiety, increase focus, and make life more enjoyable.

Living Stoicism – Bringing The Practices To Your Life
"Don’t talk about it. Live it." In this final session, I propose practical ways to keep Stoicism alive in your daily life. While we don’t need to do it all at once, nor perfectly, being able to incorporate small changes will help you achieve big outcomes.
