Find a comfortable position lying down on your back or however you're comfortable with your arms resting gently by your side.
Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.
As you settle into this moment,
I invite you to let go of any events of the day to get your mind and body ready for a great sleep.
Allow yourself to get fully immersed into the calming music.
These binaural beats that will accompany you during the meditation are designed to support a state of calmness and will guide you into a deep sleep.
Begin by focusing your attention on your feet.
Imagine a warm,
Soothing light surrounding them,
Releasing any tension.
Feel the relaxation gently spreading to your ankles,
Then to your calves and up to your knees.
Feel this light also reaching to your upper body.
With each breath,
Let go of any tightness.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Filling your lungs with fresh air.
Exhale slowly through your mouth,
Letting go of any stress.
Continue to breathe slowly and naturally,
Observing how your body expands when the air comes in.
Observe also how your body seems to melt into your bed when the air goes out.
Continue to observe your body as you breathe in and out.
