Living as one,
Find yourself a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down,
And just become comfortable in this moment and recognize any tension or stress that your body may be holding.
Find the natural rhythm of your breathing.
Find the rhythm of your breath and allow yourself to just turn off the world around you and tune in to the magical world within you and just finding your breath and just allowing yourself to relax.
Taking a nice deep breath in and exhale,
A deep breath in and release.
Taking in a nice deep breath and just feeling your shoulders subtly drop down just a little bit.
Your body feels much more balanced and at ease.
And as your body begins to relax,
Your breathing becomes much more controlled,
Becomes much more peaceful.
Imagine a cocoon,
A blue healing light,
Surrounding your environment now.
And in this healing cocoon,
You are safe and you are protected,
You are loved,
And you are absolutely capable of this relaxation,
This calm,
And to be in the moment,
To be in your own oneness.
We invite the archangels in of all four directions and four elements.
We invite Archangel Raphael,
The healer of the east,
The gateway to spirit,
Clarity,
Enlightenment.
He governs water and he allows you to just be in your own energy of healing as he is the archangel of inspiration,
Creativity.
It allows you to just find the innocence within.
We call on Archangel Michael of the south,
The gateway to the physical safety and trust,
His vitality helps us with growth,
To feel passion,
To feel inspired,
And to tap into our inner knowing that change is very possible as we invite Archangel Gabriel,
The governs of the west,
Gateway to emotions,
Change,
Our voice,
Deep introspection,
And maturing in to the wholeness within us as we accept mind,
Body,
And spirit as one.
We call on Archangel Uriel,
Responsible for the north,
This gateway to our mind,
Wisdom,
Philosophy,
Bringing in the wisdom as we transform into our enlightenment,
Becoming more available to believe,
To sense,
To see,
To feel our oneness with great spirit.
Their message incoming is to guide you with safety,
With knowledge,
With peace.
Their message to you now,
Beloved ones,
You share our light,
Our soul is the light within your soul.
We are all one.
We are not separate pieces of this universe.
As you focus your intentions on being one and as you take this nice deep healing breath now,
We connect the energies of the divine and the physical to move harmoniously through life as one.
Imagine a spiraling light coming from the divine and moving in through your crown chakra now.
And as this light wraps you in divine crystalline healing,
This light is unconditional love.
It is unconditional limitless.
This light is capable of transforming any wounds,
Any pain,
Any self-doubt or fear.
And as this light moves through your entire essence,
It knows exactly where to move and to heal.
Anything that is not aligned within this light will be extracted and transmuted back into the divine.
And as you take these nice deep healing breaths,
Allow yourself to just absorb this crystalline light.
And as the light falls upon your shoulders,
You feel relaxed,
Safe and at ease.
And as this beautiful light penetrates through the cocoon,
Healing all fears,
Blockages and insecurities that you may hold within you.
This light flushes away the illusion that the mind creates your limitations,
Flushes away any of the stories that you have held on to about who you are and what you are capable of.
This light moves through your energetic field,
Your physical and your emotional body,
Creating a connectedness of mind,
Body and spirit.
As this light moves through your energetic field,
It's repairing any tears or holes that may have broken through in times of drama or stress,
Creating wholeness and oneness.
As we heal,
We unlock the doors,
The doors of wisdom,
Of ancient knowledge and truth.
We unlock all of the passion,
The purpose and the meaning of your importance of being in this world.
These doors have been created consciously or unconsciously.
They have been created off of experiences from the past.
They no longer serve you as you move forward into your divinity.
Together with this healing team of angels,
We will break through the false truths that you have held on to.
You have a birthright to experience bliss,
Happiness,
Abundance,
Health.
It is a birthright to feel free emotionally and mentally.
As you review your life within this moment,
Release any blockages that you have or beliefs or patterns that you may carry that are holding you back now,
Sending love like waves in the ocean to crash gently over you,
Restoring you to your complete remembrance of who you are.
You are a child of the divine,
Worthy of the greatness.
You are the greatness.
Allow yourself to breathe in this healing energy.
Allow the angels to guide you.
Allow your inner knowing to be stronger than your doubt.
Allow yourself to freely co-create with life.
You are the artist.
You have your canvas and let's paint a beautiful world that you choose to experience.
