Welcome to this self love guided meditation.
Begin by sitting upright or you can choose to lie down.
Gently closing your eyes and making sure that you are super comfortable right now.
Taking a couple deep breaths in.
Breathing in through your nostrils.
Breathing all the way down into your belly.
Exhaling and letting go.
Letting go of any worry of any to-do lists.
And bringing all parts of yourself to this present moment.
Breathing in.
And fully exhaling.
Allowing your shoulders to relax.
Relaxing your hands.
Breathing your legs and feet.
Allowing your facial muscles to relax.
And breathing once again into your nostrils.
Putting the focus to bring in love into your body.
Exhaling love.
Let's take this time to remember that we are worthy of love.
Reconnecting back to the core of who we are.
Taking space for yourself to come as you are with however you are feeling.
Breathing fully in.
Breathing in love.
And exhaling love.
And now doing a body scan from the tips of your toes all the way up to the top of your head.
And noticing where in your body there's a need for greater love.
And by placing the intention,
Connecting to your breath,
Inhaling love into these areas.
Noticing how by breathing in love to these areas,
It softens these areas.
Breathing out any tension,
Any stress.
Breathing in lots of love.
And exhaling lots of love.
Taking your time,
Breathing into these areas,
Bringing so much love to these areas.
If any resistance comes up,
That's okay.
See if you can allow your muscles to relax and breathing through the resistance.
Breathing yourself just as you are in this moment,
Knowing that you are perfect and complete.
Releasing any judgement whatsoever towards yourself.
Forgiving yourself and connecting to your center.
Connecting to your heart.
Remember who you are.
Letting go,
Letting go of anything,
Not serving you.
Allowing yourself to sink further into your body.
Feeling the sensations in your body.
Accepting yourself as you are in this moment,
Fully and completely.
Welcoming all parts of yourself.
It is okay to be wherever you may be.
Now connecting to your higher self.
This can be done by simply placing the intention to do so.
And being open to receiving a message from your higher self.
And you might not receive any message and that is okay.
Simply sitting and receiving the abundance of you.
You may receive these messages either through a sensation,
A thought,
A feeling.
It may come in different ways and being open to receiving in any way.
Being in that receptive mode.
And keeping note of anything that may have come up.
And before we end this meditation,
We will repeat some affirmations of self-love.

Now wrapping your arms around yourself and whispering to yourself,

And slowly forming a smile even if it's a fake smile.
And breathing fully in.

You can slowly open your eyes and noticing the beautiful colors all around you.
And being grateful for yourself for showing up in this meditation.

And being grateful for the beauty that is all around you.
