Hey,
I'm Isaiah and this is the Connection Meditation.
It is intended as an experience of both meditation and sharing energy.
Welcome to this meditation of connection.
Connection with yourself and with everything wider than yourself,
Perhaps with the whole planet.
I invite you to make yourself comfortable and put your feet on the ground.
Please also uncross all your limbs.
If you feel it,
Maybe you can remove your shoes or your slippers to be in closer contact with the ground.
And I invite you now to pay attention to your breath.
With each in-breath,
You allow in the wind of change.
You welcome a fresh energy,
Like a renewal inside your body and each of your cells.
Each organ is rejuvenated,
Regenerated by each in-breath that you allow inside your body.
Breathe in and out.
I invite you to imagine that you let go of everything you no longer need.
Anything that is grey,
Anything that is heavy,
Anything that is clutter,
Anything that is no longer useful to you.
And again with the in-breath,
Welcome the wind of change,
A fresh wind,
A spring wind,
An air that comes to renew each and every one of your cells.
And with the out-breath,
You let go of everything that is black,
Everything that is dark,
Everything that is no longer useful,
Everything that is heavy.
With each breath,
You settle more and more comfortably into relaxation.
I invite you now to find the centre of yourself,
The quiet place that is like the hurricane eye.
You know that place,
The place where nothing moves,
Even though all around it everything is moving.
I believe you know the way.
I invite you to connect with that space of peace and tranquility within you,
Regardless of the external circumstances,
Whatever the emotions or difficulties of the day.
That place is still,
Calm,
Tranquil.
I invite you to find the path and settle there.
For a few moments,
I invite you to rest in this quiet place.
In the centre of yourself,
The place where you can relax,
Rest.
And here too,
I invite you to breathe in that place.
Pay attention now to the soles of your feet.
From the soles of your feet,
You will grow roots,
Solid,
Beautiful roots.
You're going to plant them deep down into the earth and push them into Mother Earth,
Through rock,
Lava,
Pebbles,
Dirt,
Water or sand.
And you push your roots further and further,
Deeper and deeper,
Until you are in the heart of Gaia,
In the heart of Mother Earth.
And you anchor them there.
I invite you to feel how good it feels,
How good it is to be held,
To be supported,
To be connected,
To be sitting in the heart of the earth,
In the heart of Mother Earth,
In the heart of Gaia.
And then I invite you to let the energy of Mother Earth,
The energy of Gaia,
Rise through your roots and little by little,
Through your whole body.
You open your roots to this energy and it comes back up towards your body.
It's an amber,
Coppery energy.
It's a little bit like liquid honey,
Maybe with some bubbles,
And it comes up through your roots.
Already it's rushing through your body,
Through your toes and feet.
This energy of unconditional love that Mother Earth has for each of us.
Here it comes in your body and up your calves,
Then your knees and thighs,
Are already full of this coppery,
Amber energy,
Which is the energy of Gaia,
The energy of Mother Earth,
The energy of unconditional love.
And now this energy is filling your pelvis,
Your buttocks and your womb.
And then quietly it comes up along your spine and fills your back.
And you can feel your back supported,
Held by Mother Earth's energy,
This energy of unconditional love that rises again and occupies your whole torso and heart area.
Gaia's energy now flows along your arms,
Your forearms,
Your hands and to the tips of your fingers.
And soon the energy of unconditional love occupies your whole body quietly.
This rising energy,
Coppery like liquid honey,
This energy that comes from the heart of Gaia,
Quietly.
This energy continues to rise and quietly it goes up your neck and occupies all your head,
Your skull,
Your face,
Your eyes,
Your ears and fills you up completely to the tip of each of your hair.
And here you are,
Full,
Completely full of this unconditional love,
Which is the energy of Mother Earth,
The energy of Gaia,
The energy of unconditional love that she has for each of us.
And you feel now totally filled with this energy,
This amber-y,
Copper-y,
Energetic light in every nook and cranny of your body,
In every particle of your body,
In every cell of your body,
In every part of every one of your body's physical body,
Etheric body,
Astral body,
Mental body,
Spiritual body,
Cosmic body,
Nirvanic body.
And I invite you to breathe in that unconditional love and feel it,
Feel your connection with Gaia,
With Mother Earth,
Feel the love and the beauty of the bond between you and the Earth.
And then,
When it is good for you,
I invite you to direct your attention towards the top of your skull and to open a small door there.
And through this small door you will allow the light of Father Sky,
The light of Uranos,
The light of the cosmos,
The light of the Universe,
The Source Energy to enter and descend into you.
This energy of a white,
Almost blinding white-blue-golden color,
This extra-super-luminous energy is already there,
Rushing as I speak and descends through the small door that you have opened at the top of your skull,
Descends right into your head and little by little will come to occupy your whole body.
It's an extra-super-luminous energy,
An energy of universal peace.
And already it fills all your skull,
Your hair,
Your eyes,
Your mouth,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Your skull,
Your hair,
Your eyes,
Your mouth,
Your ears.
I know you were already full of Gaia's energy,
But this is the magic of energy.
There is still room to accommodate this new energy,
This energy of universal peace that comes from the sky,
That comes from Uranos and that continues to descend into your body.
It is now moving towards your neck,
Your shoulders,
Quietly going down your arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Your hands,
To the tip of each of your fingers.
And here you are,
Illuminated with this white-blue-golden,
Almost blinding light,
This energy of our Universal Father that now goes down your shoulders,
And then down your torso,
Down your back and lumbar area,
Into each of your organs,
And then further down to your pelvis and your womb and your buttocks.
This energy of universal peace that comes down to you from Father Sky,
This extra-super-bright energy,
This almost blinding energy,
White-blue-golden,
That comes from the sky and now goes down your legs,
Your thighs,
Your knees and your calves,
Your feet and to the tip of each of your toes.
And here you are,
Illuminated from the inside by this white-blue-golden light that comes from Uranos,
This energy of universal peace that occupies each cell of your body.
It goes into every corner,
Every interstice of your body,
Your whole body.
All of your bodies are now illuminated with the energy of Uranos,
This energy of universal peace that comes from Father Sky.
And I invite you to breathe in it and feel how beautiful it is,
How good it is to be at peace and feel your bond with Father Sky.
And then,
On the next in-breath,
I invite you to perform the transmutation of these two energies that live now in each of your cells,
In each of your organs.
The energy of universal peace from Father Sky,
Uranos.
The energy of unconditional love from Mother Earth,
Gaia.
I invite you to carry out the transmutation and to mix these two energies.
And this transmutation will create a third energy,
Which will also contain some of your own personal vibration.
For some,
This can take the form of rainbows,
Spirals or clouds inside your body.
For others,
It can be millions of small light particles that mix and distribute everywhere in your body,
In your bodies.
Maybe you don't see anything.
In any case,
You are full of these energies,
Of this now transmuted energy.
And you transmute the two energies that you continue to receive.
Because,
Of course,
As I speak,
Gaia's energy continues to arrive through the soles of your feet.
And Uranos's energy continues to arrive through the top of your skull.
And you are nourished by the Earth below,
By the Sky above.
As you transmute these energies with each breath,
You might start feeling little by little that there is so much energy available to you right now,
That you are bursting to share it.
Let me remind you that the reservoirs of Mother Earth and Father Sky are infinite.
And that you could spend your lifetime transmuting and never run dry.
You can infinitely transmute and share the energy with your brothers and sisters,
Human and non-human.
So I invite you,
If it is good for you,
To put a hand on your heart and to open inside your heart area a large door.
And through this door,
Wide open,
With each breath,
You will send this energy that you transmit like a lighthouse,
Like a beam of light.
This energy will go out through the wide open door of your wide open heart to land where you send your intention.
It is your intention that sends this light,
This energy,
This double energy,
This triple energy of peace,
Of love,
Of intention.
And with each breath in,
You transmute.
And with each breath out,
You send the energy with an intention to do good,
To help,
To heal,
To care.
You send out that energy to whoever is cold,
To whoever is in pain,
To whoever is afraid or suffers.
You send out that energy to whoever needs it.
Of course,
You can start with the people who are close to you,
Your friends,
Your family.
But you know that the reservoirs are limitless and that you could continue to transmute and send endlessly this double,
This triple energy,
Like a lighthouse,
Like a beam of light,
Of peace,
Of love.
Maybe you want to send to groups of people,
The sick,
The dying,
The unloved,
The lonely,
Or maybe to certain parts of the world.
As I speak,
Of course,
The beam of energy from your heart still floods out and pours out at the speed of light,
Landing on whoever needs it,
With an intention to do good,
To heal,
And to care.
This energy goes out from your heart to whoever needs it,
To heal,
To help,
To take care.
And I invite you to feel how good it is for you to receive and to give at the same time.
And the more I receive,
The more I give.
And the more I give,
The more I receive.
You know that you could go on for hours,
Days,
Years,
And that the energy reservoirs of Gaia and Uranus would never be exhausted.
And that you could be traversed by these energies,
Transmute them,
And send them to the entire planet.
And that if there were several hundreds,
Several thousands of us sending energy,
These energies,
We could create an interconnection of light,
A web of love,
A cradle of peace around the Earth.
I invite you to feel how good it is to receive,
To give,
To be connected,
To be traversed by the energy of the sky and the energy of the Earth.
And I invite you to feel how good it is to transmute and create your own energy.
I invite you to understand,
Believe,
And remember that you are a creatrix,
A craftswoman of light,
And breathe.
When it is good for you today,
I invite you to put again your hand on your heart and close the big door you had opened.
And I invite you to thank yourself for the work of love that you have accomplished,
For the work of connection,
For a few moments.
Enjoy being filled again with these two energies,
Which continue now to arrive,
But are no longer beaming out of you.
And you fill yourself again with the amber light of Gaia's unconditional love,
With the golden white blue energy of Uranos's universal peace.
And when it is good for you,
I invite you to turn your attention to the top of your skull and close the little door you opened there earlier.
And then I invite you to thank Father Sky for his gift of universal peace,
For what he has shared with you.
Move now your attention to the soles of your feet and follow your roots to the heart of Gaia,
Where you anchored them before.
Then you're going to come back up with your roots to the sole of your feet.
And when your roots have returned quietly in the soles of your feet,
I want you to thank Gaia for her gift of unconditional love.
I invite you now to direct your physical hands towards the ground,
Perhaps shake them a little bit and let go of the energy that you do not need for the rest of your day.
Give it back to Gaia.
She will of course know how to recycle it.
Keep only the right amount of energy for the rest of your day.
When it is good for you,
When you have just the right balance of energy,
I invite you to feel again the weight of your body on the cushion,
The bed,
The chair on which you are sitting.
Feel your feet again,
Get back in touch with the ground,
Maybe wiggle your toes a little bit and quietly come back to the here and now.
Before you open your eyes though,
I would like to invite you to remember.
Remember that quiet place in the center of you that you visited earlier.
Remember especially that this place,
Just like the connection I invited you to create between yourself,
The sky and the earth,
This place is available at any time.
All you have to do is desire it.
You can listen to this meditation again of course,
But you can also do it alone at any time,
At any moment.
It is yours,
You know the way.
And in this remembering,
I invite you now to smile and open your eyes,
To return to your usual state of consciousness.
I invite you to stretch maybe a little bit and take two or three deep breaths.
Don't forget to drink and if you wish to eat something,
In order to anchor these energies in your body right now.
